EZ Switch 10/100 Layer 2 Switch
The SMC EZ Switches provide affordable switching and ease of use
in a compact, new design. These unmanaged switches feature 8, 16,
24 10BASE-T/ 100BASE-TX RJ-45 ports, and a slot in the front panel
to accommodate your choice of five different optional fibre uplink
modules for increased flexibility in use. It provides port speeds up to
200Mbps and full-duplex capacity on each of its ports, generating
tremendously enhanced performance.
Offering aggregate bandwidth of 1.6, 3.4 or 5.0Gbps the switches
provide a range of key features, including: automatic address
learning, store-and-forward architecture to prevent the propagation
of bad packets throughout the network, half- and full- duplex flow
control to prevent packet loss under heavy loading, and filtering and
forwarding on all ports.
All SMC products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
