WARRANTY
SmartSystem Unipersonale Srl headquarter is located in Via del Commercio, 22E, 61032 FANO(PU),
ITALY. Smartsystem main brand and all the other brands associated with it are property of Smart-
System Srl Unipersonale.
Your SmartSystem equipment is guaranteed against any manufacturing or material defects for 12
months from the date of delivery to the customer. Warranty will cover any functioning issues related
to manufacturing or material faults.
In this case, the company reserves the right to decide whether eliminating the defect or providing the
customer with a new product.
Any claims due to manufacturing or materials faults must be communicated by the customer, upon
presentation of the warranty card, properly completed, or of a proof of purchase.
The warranty, which will expire after 12 months, will not be extended either by a complaint, or by
subsequent executions. Damage caused by accident, misuse, do-it-yourself repairs or modification,
repair by unauthorised service centre, static charges or mechanical damages is not covered by the
warranty.
Furthermore, warranty won't be valid neither in case the warranty card is arbitrarly modified.
Repairs must be made only by authorized service centres.

Congratulations on the purchase of Hi Hat interface!
The Hi Hat Interface allows you to use a 100 mm or 75 mm video head on SmartSystem products
like SmartSLIDER PRO / mini or Smart3.
It is forbidden and punishable by law the use of the equipment for different purposes.
OVERVIEW
The Hi Hat Interface is a kit based on
• Manfrotto® 529B Hi Hat
• Manfrotto® 100 mm to 75 mm adapter
• SmartSystem 3/8” to Hi Hat Interface Plate
SETUP PROCEDURE
The Setup procedure is extremely simple.
1. Before fastening the Hi Hat Interface on the 3/8” male screw of the SmartSystem fluid head
adapter located on SmartSLIDER PRO/mini or Smart 3, make sure to unscrew the three
knobs of the Interface plate so that the plastic dampers will be completely retracted.
2. Twist on the Hi Hat Interface to the 3/8” male screw until it stops. Don’t overtighten it.
3. Now you can use the three knobs previously unscrewed to stabilize the Hi Hat Interface in its
new position.
MAXIMUM LOAD CAPACITY
Manfrotto® 529B Hi Hat has a maximum Load Capacity of 20kg (Reference: Manfrotto Website
