BULB2 SYSTEM
1. Is there a dim blue light emitting from the lamp when placed
on its charger? We recommend performing this step out of direct
sunlight.
2. When attempting to turn the lamp on, does it flash?
3. Please conduct an automatic reset. Hold the buttons on the
bottom of the lamp for 10 seconds and then charge the lamp for
8 hours and attempt to turn it on again.
BULBLITE2 SYSTEM
1. Is there a red light illuminated on the charger whilst the lamp is
charging?
2. Is there a green light illuminated on the charger once the lamp is
fully charged (8 to 10 hours)?
3. Please conduct an automatic reset. Hold the button on the
bottom of the lamp for 10 seconds and then charge the lamp for
8 hours and attempt to turn it on again.
