Introduction
The HDX-Plus uses two CAT5 UTP/STP cables to extend HDMI signals such as HDTV output over 200ft (60m) from the source. It is capable of transmitting high­resolution HD video up to 1080p. Controlling your video source is easy with the HDX-Plus’s bi-directional IR and RS-232 extension. Whether it’s for a home entertainment system or a commercial installation, the HDX-Plus delivers exibility and control.

For Better Performance
Use 2 x CAT6/STP 23 AWG Cables.
1. Power o the HDMI source, display and speakers.
2. Connect an HDMI cable from the HDMI source to the HDMI port on the HDX-Plus transmitter.
3. Connect an IR emitter/receiver (optional) to the IR ports on the HDX-Plus transmitter.
4. Connect an RS-232 compliant device (optional) to the RS-232 port on the HDX-Plus transmitter.
5. Connect the HDX-Plus transmitter to the HDX-Plus receiver using two CAT5 UTP/STP cables (up to 200ft/60m).
6. Connect an IR emitter/receiver (optional) to the IR ports on the HDX-Plus receiver.
7. Connect an RS-232 compliant device (optional) to the RS-232 port on the HDX-Plus receiver.
8. Connect an HDMI cable from the HDMI port on the HDX-Plus receiver to the HDMI Display.
9. Power on the HDX-Plus transmitter and receiver by plugging in their power adapters (5VDC2A).
10. Power on the HDMI source, displays and speakers.
