MN586B Active Cinema Booth Monitor
T he SMART MN586B Cinema booth monitor is a low cost acti ve monitor that employs a 10 Watt solid state amplifier and a 4 inc h loudspeaker mounted on a 5 1/4 inch high rac k mount panel. Input connections are made to Phoenix screw type terminal strips on the back of the PC board of the audio power amplifier . Eac h of six channels can be selected b y the front panel Channel Selector Switch. T he c hannels are labeled:

T he power transformer for the MN586B deli vers 18 Volts A C to the PC board. T he quic k con­nect inputs for the A C are clearly labeled on the PC board. Export models are supplied with a US type line cord. You must cut off the power plug and add your own local power plug.
T he special loudspeaker used in the MN586B has a clean midrange response to allow the sound to penetrate the normal booth noise. T his shaped response allows maximum clarity w hile monitoring each channel.
