4. ASSEMBLING AND USING YOUR PROUCT
First, find a location where you want to have motion activated illumination. Put the first stake in the ground and connect with the waterproof plug to the solar power station. Install in a series the remaining 5 bollard lights using the stakes provided. Carefully position the first and last bollard light (each of these bollard lights has a small white PIR sensor about 3/4 of the way up) in such a manner to capture motion from the direction desired. Once all lights are installed, simply press the switch button on the back of the solar power station to have the circuit activated. To verify that you have the circuit connected, simply cover the solar panel and then pass by the motion sensor and the lights will illuminate.
5. REMOVING/REPLACING THE BATTERIES
There are 3pcs of AA 1200MAH NI-MH rechargeable batteries inside the back of the solar power station. The normal life of batteries is about one-two years depending on conditions. The batteries will need to be replaced when the light becomes weak within 3 hours of lighting after fully changed, or the batteries have been used for more than one year and operation is poor.
The methods of changing battery are as follows:
1. Carefully remove the solar panel unit from the stand. Using a screwdriver, carefully remove the four screws at the back of the unit. Remove the back cover and you will see three batteries
2. Remove the three used batteries and replace with new ones
3. Re-tighten the screws
4. A new battery is fitted in reverse order
PLEASE NOTE: Used batteries must be disposed of carefully with regard to the environment and should NOT be put into the family waste. Consult your local waste authority for specific requirements.
ATTENTION: Please position the solar panel directly at the sunlight by adjusting the solar panel unit. During winter (snow) months we recommend that the snow be removed from the solar panel to protect the solar panel and maximize the efficiency of the circuit.

1. INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing the Sentinella Solar PIR Sensor Lights. You have purchased a product that complies with the latest and most up-to-date solar technology available. To maintain safety and correctly, you should adhere to the instructions for use detailed in this manual.
2. COMPONENTS

3. OVERVIEW
The solar PIR sensor light has been designed for outdoor use. The solar panel in the upper part of the solar power station converts sunlight into electricity which is then stored in the rechargeable batteries. The light is controlled by a PIR (passive infra-red) sensor to automatically detect movement and illuminate during night time. The sensor will trigger the circuit and illuminate all 6 lights for 30 seconds and then they will turn off. The circuit can illuminate approximately 300 times when the battery is fully charged. The source of light comes from thirty (30) super bright white patented LEDs (5 per Bollard Light), which provide very high brightness but benefit from very low power consumption. For maximum performance, the solar panel must to be placed in direct sunlight.
