Avvertenze sul corretto utilizzo del prodotto
Conservare fuori dalla portata dei bambini, evitare di riporre in vani sopra o dietro la piastra oggetti che potrebbero
attirare l’attenzione dei bambini e indurli a salire sull’apparecchio rischiando di ustionarsi.
L’installazione e la manutenzione devono essere sempre eseguiti da personali qualificato e autorizzato.
Non utilizzare mai l’apparecchio per riscaldare l’ambiente. Le temperature elevate possono incendiare oggetti
facilmente infiammabili situati nelle vicinanze oltre a ridurre considerevolmente la durata di vita dell’apparecchio.
Non immagazzinare e usare benzina o altre sostanze infiammabili nelle vicinanze dell’apparecchio.
Non appoggiare mai sopra oggetti metallici come le posate perché potrebbero diventare incandescenti.
Non utilizzare l’apparecchio come superficie di appoggio. Se l’apparecchio è acceso o in caso di accensione
accidentale si corre il rischio che eventuali oggetti metallici si surriscaldino.
Dopo l’utilizzo spegnere sempre il modulo induzione.
L’apparecchio non può essere installato e utilizzato all’aperto.
Prima dell’utilizzo rimuovere eventuali pellicole protettive.
Non lasciare il modulo incustodito mentre è in funzione.
Fara attenzione che cavi di altri elettrodomestici vengano a contatto quando la piastra è ancora calda, potrebbero
danneggiarsi creando piccole scosse elettriche.
Attivare la sicurezza bambini in presenza di animali domestici in grado di raggiungere il piano cottura.
L’apparecchio non può essere utilizzato da bambini di età inferiore a 8 anni o da persone con ridotte capacità
fisiche, sensoriali o mentali, o prive di esperienza o della necessaria conoscenza.
La pulizia e la manutenzione non deve essere eseguita da bambini senza adeguata sorveglianza.
Assicurarsi che i bambini non giochino con l’apparecchio.
Verificare attentamente le condizioni dell’apparecchio dopo averlo estratto dall’imballo. In caso di danni provocati
dal trasporto non collegarlo.
ATTENZIONE! I soggetti portatori di pace-maker o altri impianti elettromedicali simili devono fare
particolare attenzione quando si avvicinano ai piani cottura ad induzione. Consultare il
medico o il fabbricante del dispositivo per assicurarsi che sia conforme alla normativa
vigente e per informarsi sulle incompatibilità.

PRECAUZIONI PER NON DANNEGGIARE L’APPARECCHIO
Le basi ruvide dei recipienti, pentole con il fondo graffiato, presenza di sabbia o altre sostanze abrasive possono
rigare il piano cottura, specialmente la superficie in vetroceramica del pannello comandi posto nella parte anteriore
dell’apparecchio.
Non lasciare alcun recipiente vuoto nella zona di cottura. Potrebbe provocare danni.
La caduta di oggetti duri o appuntiti sul piano cottura può provocare danni. Fare attenzione a non urtare i bordi del
vetro con le pentole.
La carta di alluminio e i recipienti possono fondersi se posizionati sulla zona di cottura, possono causare rotture o
alterazioni. Si sconsiglia l’uso di lamine protettive sul piano di cottura.
Non appoggiare mai un contenitore caldo sul pannello comandi del piano perché potrebbe danneggiare l’elettronica
del piano.
Non riscaldare contenitori chiusi sulle zone di cottura, l’aumento di pressione potrebbe farli scoppiare.
Se si nota un difetto di funzionamento, spegnere l’apparecchio e disconnetterlo dalla rete elettrica.
Se la superficie del pannello comandi in vetroceramica è rotta o crepata spegnere immediatamente l’apparecchio
per evitare il rischio di scosse elettriche. Interpellare in ogni caso l’assistenza tecnica.
Assicurarsi sempre che la pentola sia sempre centrata nella zona di cottura.
Utilizzare sempre detergenti indicati per questo tipo di piano cottura.
Sollevare le pentole quando si vuole spostarle e non trascinarle sulla superficie del piano.
Rimuovere subito eventuali residui di cibo dalla superfici del piano.
RISPARMIO ENERGETICO
Quando si cucina senza coperchio il consumo è maggiore, utilizzare sempre gli appositi coperchi.
Utilizzare recipienti sempre a base piatta.
Il diametro della base dei recipienti deve corrispondere il più possibile alle dimensioni di zona di cottura.
Per piccole quantità utilizzare recipienti piccoli. Una pentola grande ma poco riempita ha bisogno di molta energia.

GUIDA ALL’USO
Primo utilizzo
Al primo utilizzo o ogni qualvolta si verifichi un interruzione della corrente di corrente che generi un reset,
l’apparecchio esegue una calibrazione iniziale della sensibilità della tastiera. Ciò è necessario per adattare i comandi alle
condizioni ambientali e all’utilizzatore finale. Il processo dura circa 3 secondi e va seguito alle seguenti condizioni:

Recipienti
L’utilizzo di utensili appropriati riduce il tempo di cottura, crea un minor consumo energetico permettendo una cottura
più uniforme. Adottare utensili con impugnatura di facile presa e che non si surriscaldi. Le impugnature ingombranti
devono essere poste in modo da evitare che creino rischi o che diventino facile presa per i bambini. Non devono essere
utilizzate pentole instabili o deformate. Non tutti i recipienti sono adatti alla cottura ad induzione soprattutto per il
materiali di cui sono costituiti.
Utilizzare esclusivamente stoviglie in materiale ferromagnetico per la cottura ad induzione come:
• Acciaio smaltato.
• Ghisa.
• Acciaio con fondo magnetizzabile.
• Alluminio con fondo magnetizzabile.
Non utilizzare:
Alluminio e acciaio senza fondo magnetizzabile.
Rame, ottone, cotto, porcellana e similari.
Alcuni recipienti possono generare dei rumori quando vengono posti su una zona di cottura ad induzione. Ciò non
significa che il piano di cottura sia difettoso o che funzioni in modo anomalo.

Il piano di cottura viene azionato attraverso lo sfioramento del vetro con un dito.Ogni reazione dei sensori dei tasti
viene confermata da un segnale acustico e/o visivo.
Sigle di segnalazione dei display comandi delle zone di cottura
Accensione/spegnimento
Il piano cottura si accende premendo il tasto [ON / OFF] per 1 sec. Un segnale acustico e tutti i display delle zone di
riscaldamento mostrano uno '0'. Se non viene eseguita nessuna selezione entro 10 secondi, il piano di cottura si spegne
automaticamente. L’apparecchio è predisposto per rilevare la posizione della pentola. Se il sistema non ne rileva la
presenza, o dopo che la pentola viene tolta, l’apparecchio si spegne automaticamente dopo 60 sec. Per spegnere il piano
cottura occorre premere il tasto [ON / OFF] per 1 secondo, tutte le zone di cottura eventualmente accese vengono spente

Il tasto [ON / OFF] risulterà bloccato quando:
è attivo il blocco tasti (LED acceso),
viene segnalato un errore dell’apparecchio.
Rilevamento pentola
A garanzia della sicurezza, il sistema prevede il riconoscimento della presenza della pentola sulla zona di cottura.
Se nella zona di cottura non è presente una pentola, o se semplicemente questa non è adatta per la cottura ad induzione,
il sistema non permette di agire sui comandi delle zone di riscaldamento e appare lampeggiante il simbolo [u]. Il
simbolo scompare e sarà possibile utilizzare i comandi non appena si posiziona la pentola adeguata sopra la zona di
cottura prescelta
Allo stesso modo, se durante l’utilizzo di una zona di cottura viene tolta la pentola compare il simbolo [u] lampeggiante
e si disattiva la zona di cottura. Non appena si ripone nuovamente il recipiente nella posizione di prima, la cottura si
riattiva con la gradazione precedentemente impostata.
A fine cottura spegnere sempre la zona di cottura per evitare che compaia il simbolo [u]
Livello di potenza delle zone di cottura
Quando il piano cottura è acceso, il livello di potenza di una zona cottura può essere selezionato premendo i tasti [+] o
[-] della zona che si desidera utilizzare.
Aumentando o diminuendo il valore, il sistema emette un segnale acustico e il display corrispondente mostra il nuovo
livello di potenza.
Mantenendo premuti i tasti [+] o [-] separatamente, per più di 2 secondi il livello aumenta o diminuisce in maniera
continua
É possibile anche, partendo dal livello iniziale (0), passare subito al livello massimo agendo sul tasto [-].
Il tasto di controllo livello risulterà bloccato nei seguenti casi:
se il piano di cottura è spento.
se si attiva il blocco tasti (LED acceso).
se c’è qualche indicazione di errore.
Funzione Booster
Tutte le zone di cottura dispongono della funzione Booster che consente un funzionamento ad una potenza maggiorata
utilizzabile ad esempio per portare velocemente ad ebollizione una grande quantità d’acqua.
L’attivazione della funzione Booster avviene portando la selezione di potenza della zona di cottura desiderata oltre il
valore massimo (9) agendo sul tasto [+]. Alla sua attivazione il sistema emette un segnale acustico e il display del
riscaldatore mostra la lettera "P".
Con la funzione Booster attivata non è possibile la regolazione della potenza, i tasti sono disattivati
La funzione Booster rimane attiva per 10 minuti. Dopo di che la zona di cottura viene riportata al livello "9" (valore
massimo), il sistema emetterà un segnale acustico di avvertimento

Spegnimento di una zona di cottura
Per spegnere una zona di cottura attiva, occorre premere contemporaneamente i relativi tasti Dopo un bip di avvertimento il
display corrispondente indicherà il valore "0".
Il sistema spegnerà automaticamente la zona di cottura se, dopo aver attivato una zona di cottura, il livello di potenza non viene
impostato entro 10 secondi,
Il tempo di funzionamento continuo di una zona cottura, è limitato ad un tempo massimo a seconda del livello di potenza utili zzato:
•
LIVELLO DI POTENZA DA 1 A 8 = 10 ore di funzionamento continuo
•
LIVELLO DI POTENZA 9 = 3 ore di funzionamento continuo
Per un risparmio di energia o per limitare la potenza totale del piano cottura ad un livello inferiore al livello massimo
utilizzabile, l’apparecchio dispone di un sistema che permette di limitare il valore massimo di potenza utilizzabile con
tutti gli elementi riscaldanti attivati. Oltre al valore massimo di 3500W il sistema permette una taratura alla potenza di
2800w.
Impostazione limite di potenza (ECO)
L’impostazione del limite di potenza è una scelta che deve essere effettuata al momento della prima accensione entro 30 secondi dal
momento di alimentazione elettrica del piano cottura agendo nel seguente modo:
Alimentare il modulo ad induzione e attendere i 3 secondi di calibrazione automatica
Un volta spenti tutti i segnali disattivare la funzione “Blocco”, tutte le zone di cottura devono essere spente
Premere contemporaneamente i tasti di entrambe le zone di cottura, comparirà sul display del timer la scritta “P0”
Il valore impostato si potrà leggere verificando le cifre che compaiono in entrambi i display degli elementi riscaldanti:
2-8 = 2800W; 3- 5 = 3500W; 6-0= 6000W; 7-2= 7200W. Questo apparecchio permette di raggiungere la potenza massima
di 3500W.
Con i tasti + e - di una qualsiasi delle due piastre è possibile variare il limite al valore desiderato che verrà indicato
nei due display relativi alle piastre. Per questo modello sono utilizzabili solamente le potenze 3500W e 2800 W.
Impostazioni di valori superiori saranno tarate sulla potenza di 3500W.
Con l’impostazione a 2800W la funzione BOOSTER non sarà attivabile

Una volta terminata la selezione occorre confermare la modifica. Per registrare le nuove impostazione, premere contemporaneamente
i tasti di entrambe le zone riscaldanti. Se durante i 60 secondi successivi alla nuova impostazione dei valori, non viene
eseguita nessuna manovra, il sistema ritornerà alle impostazioni di partenza.

Funzione blocco tasti
La funzione “sicurezza bambini” è identificata dal simbolo “BLOCCO”
Si tratta di una funzione aggiuntiva che consente di bloccare l'accesso alla funzionalità dei tasti del piano cottura sia
quando esso è in funzione sia, in via preventiva, quando è spento.
Se attivata, questa funzione evita che con tocchi accidentali vengano modificate le impostazioni di cottura predefinite o,
se l’apparecchio è spento, che venga acceso inavvertitamente.
La funzione di blocco può essere attivata sia quando le zone di cottura sono in funzione sia quando il piano cottura è
spento. Se il piano cottura è acceso, questa funzione blocca tutti i tasti tranne il tasto generale [ON / OFF] e il tasto
Quando il piano cottura è spento premendo, si ha il blocco di tutti i tasti, compreso il tasto ON/OFF
Per attivare o disattivare questa funzione di blocco procedere come segue:
Mantenere premuto il tasto per 1 secondo, il relativo LED acceso indicherà che la tastiera è bloccata. Il blocco viene
sempre riattivato all'avvio del controllo.
Funzione Timer
Questa funzione permette di programmare la durata di funzionamento delle zone di cottura,
programmazione va fatta in ogni caso una zona alla volta).
Il tempo di programmazione è selezionabile da 1 a 99 minuti e può essere impostato un qualsiasi livello di potenza. La funzione
“Timer” non è attivabile se il piano cottura è spento o è inserito il
La programmazione può essere attivata su una o entrambe le zone di cottura ma singolarmente, non è possibile l’attivazione del timer con
azione contemporanea.
Al termine del conto alla rovescia, un segnale acustico e il lampeggiare del display del timer avvisano che il tempo
impostato è terminato, la zona di cottura si spegne automaticamente. Il display continuerà a suonare per circa 1 minuto,
per interromperlo prima basta premere uno qualsiasi dei tasti di comando.
Premere i tasti + o – del timer.
Emesso un segnale acustico, sul display del timer compare "00" lampeggiante e sul display
della zona di cottura viene mostrata una "t" anch’essa lampeggiante.
Selezionare la zona di cottura, con un tasto qualsiasi dello stessa, si attiva il LED relativo ed è
ora possibile impostare il timer.
Una volta attivato il timer, con i tasti + e - vanno impostati i minuti di durata desiderati (da 1 a
99 min), mantenendo il tasto premuto la velocità di scorrimento dei valori aumenta.
Dopo circa 5 secondi dall’ultima selezione il timer si attiva ed inizia il conto alla rovescia.
L’ultimo minuto viene visualizzato in secondi.
Per disattivare il timer premere contemporaneamente i tasti
Se il tempo selezionato è "00" dopo 10 secondi, il timer viene disattivato.

Visualizzazioni speciali del display
Sul display possono comparire dei simboli che indicano un particolare stato dell’apparecchio. Di seguito una tabella
indicativa.
ERRORI/ALLARMI
Le segnalazioni di errore indicate nella tabella sotto riportata e che possono comparire nel display, generano la
disattivazione completa dell’apparecchio. Tutte le zone di cottura si spengono e tutti i display mostrano il lampeggiare
della lettera “F” abbinata ad un numero di errore. In stato di “errore” nessuno dei tasti delle zone cottura è attivo. Tutti
gli errori segnati in tabella sono ripristinabili con le azioni indicate. Quando scompare il segnale di errore dal display
l’apparecchio riprende il suo normale funzionamento.Salvo errori EEPROM e errori ai microcontrollori, tutti gli errori
sono recuperabili. Cioè, quando la causa dell'errore scompare tutti i display sono disattivati e il piano cottura ritorna al
normale funzionamento.In caso di difficoltà o di errori bloccanti non recuperabili, interpellare immediatamente un
centro di assistenza tecnica qualificato.

Sono gli errori che generano lo spegnimento di una o più zone di cottura. Quando viene rilevato un errore di
riscaldamento, le zone di cottura coinvolte si spengono, viene emesso un segnale acustico (solo se uno o più zone sono
attive) e i display corrispondenti a queste zone mostrano la lettera 'F' assieme al codice di errore lampeggiante. Mentre
l’apparecchio è in stato di errore, i tasti delle zone di cottura corrispondenti non sono operativi. Tutti gli errori sono
recuperabili. Quando la causa dell'errore scompare, spariscono anche i relativi messaggi e le zone di riscaldamento
ritornano al normale funzionamento.
MANUTENZIONE E PULIZIA
Prima del primo utilizzo, eseguire una accurata pulizia del prodotto al fine di evitare che la presenza di eventuali residui
di lavorazione, sottoposti al calore generato dagli elementi riscaldanti, possano alterarne o danneggiarne la superficie.

possono danneggiarsi se dello sporco rimane troppo a lungo su di essi. Tuttavia non utilizzare prodotti troppo
abrasivi perché i simboli potrebbero danneggiarsi.
La superficie del gres porcellanato è impermeabile che resiste ad alte temperature. Tuttavia evitare di versarci sopra
dell’acqua perché questa potrebbe filtrare attraverso le fessure tra il piano e il mobile di incasso.

L’installazione e l’assistenza tecnica devono essere effettuate solo da personale qualificato. Leggere con attenzione le
istruzioni per la sicurezza riportate in questo manuale prima di un qualsiasi utilizzo della cucina. Un’errata
installazione, regolazione, taratura, manutenzione, assistenza ed uso dell’apparecchio possono causare gravi danni a
persone o cose.
L’installazione è a carico dell’acquirente e gli eventuali interventi richiesti al costruttore che dipendano da una errata
installazione non saranno compresi nella garanzia.
Per garantire una corretta e sicura operazione, l’apparecchio deve essere appropriatamente
personale qualificato ed autorizzato. Scollegare l’apparecchio dalla rete elettrica prima di qualsiasi intervento.

Caratteristiche del mobile
• I mobili che possono andare a contatto con l’apparecchio dove esso sarà posizionato devono rispettare i seguenti
requisiti:
• Il mobile e i suoi componenti devono essere in grado di resistere ad una temperatura di 90° senza presentare
deformazioni e/o difetti alla superficie.
• Il mobile deve consentire il libero passaggio dei collegamenti dell’apparecchio.
• Tutti i mobili di cucina a livello domestico devono essere protetti con materiale ignifugo secondo quanto richiesto
dalle normative locali vigenti.
Ventilazione
Questo apparecchio elettrodomestico deve essere installato e funzionare solamente in locali permanentemente ventilati e
presentare una ventilazione maggiorata secondo quanto richiesto dalle norme locali vigenti. Tale ventilazione deve
garantire il corretto scambio dei gas di combustione, del circolo d’aria e deve mantenere la temperatura di lavoro nei
limiti di sicurezza.
L’afflusso dell’aria nel locale deve avvenire direttamente attraverso aperture praticate sulle pareti esterne. Queste
aperture devono avere una sezione libera di passaggio di almeno 100 cm² tale che non possa essere accidentalmente
ostruita. Lo scarico dei prodotti di combustione deve avvenire attraverso cappe di aspirazione collegate a canne fumarie
o direttamente all’esterno. Nel caso non sia possibile installare la cappa aspirante è necessario applicare alla parete
esterna o alla finestra del locale d’uso un elettroventilatore, purché esistano nello stesso locale le aperture per l’entrata
dell’aria previste dalle norme vigenti e proporzionate alla portata dell’elettroventilatore. I sistemi di scarico dei fumi
devono essere funzionanti durante tutto l’uso dell’apparecchio.

Posizionamento piano cottura
E’ importante che tutte le operazioni relative all’installazione dell’apparecchio vengano eseguite da personale
qualificato.
CLASSE DI INSTALLAZIONE - 3
Procedere con l’apertura per l’incasso del piano di lavoro. Seguire le rispettive dimensioni d’incasso indicate nel
menuale.
Fissaggio del piano cottura al piano lavoro
A corredo troverete un kit contenente materiale sigillante e staffe di fissaggio. Predisporre il cordone sigillante su tutto
il perimetro del foro d’incasso del piano di lavoro. Vedere fig. 01. Il materiale sigillante evita infiltrazione di liquido
all’interno del foro d’incasso.
Non usare silicone od altro tipo d’incollante per il fissaggio del piano di cottura al mobile. Il piano di cottura deve
essere facile da rimuovere in caso d’intervento tecnico.
Prima dell’inserimento del piano di cottura nel foro d’incasso del piano lavoro, bisogna posizionare le staffe di
fissaggio, fornite a corredo, sui fori per le viti di fissaggio come indicato in fig. 02B. Posizionare ed inserire la linguetta
guida della staffa nel taglio di guida della staffa sul coperchio inferiore. Avvitare la vite di fissaggio, sufficiente per
tenere la staffa in posizione e permettere lo spostamento trasversale. Tenere le staffe spinte verso l’interno del piano
durante l’inserimento del piano di cottura al foro d’incasso. Quando il piano di cottura sia stato inserito nel foro
d’incasso, spostare le staffe verso l’esterno al di sotto del piano lavoro, come indicato in fig. 02B. Dopodiché, fissare le
staffe avvitando le vite di fissaggio, fino che trova una modesta resistenza, controllare che il piano sia fissato
fermamente. Avvitare le viti in modo eccessivo può provocare danni al piano di cottura. Dopo d’aver fissato il paino di
cottura, rimuovere eccesso di materiale sigillante usando un taglierino.

Installazione del piano con cassetto nel mobile sottostante
Rimuovere il cassetto del mobile e procedere all’installazione del piano di cottura come indicato qui sopra. Dopodiché,
applicare una barriera, tipo una tavola di legno o altro tipo, tra il cassetto del piano di cottura e il cassetto del mobile.
Assicurare una distanza d’almeno 10 mm tra la superficie inferiore del cassette del piano di cottura e la superficie della
barriera, per permettere il passaggio d’aria. Questa barriera serve ad evitare Danni alle cose e persone in caso di tocco
accidentale del coperchio inferiore del piano di cottura.

Il piano cottura deve essere installato da personale qualificato e specializzato.
Attenzione questo apparecchio deve essere collegato a terra in conformità con le norme locali vigenti. Inoltre può
essere installato e funzionare solo in locali permanentemente ventilati sempre secondo relative norme locali vigenti.
Assicurarsi che la corrente elettrica sia stata tolta prima di proseguire con l’allacciamento dell’apparecchio alla
rete elettrica.
Durante l’allacciamento elettrico verificare accuratamente che il cavo flessibile non sia danneggiato. Se non risultasse
integro, per evitare ogni possibile rischio, esso deve essere assolutamente sostituito con un cavo avente le stesse
caratteristiche e solamente da personale qualificato e specializzato.
Il funzionamento avviene in corrente alternata monofase 220-230-240 V~ 50-60 Hz, utilizzando cavo flessibile.
Accertarsi che l’impianto domestico possa sopportare il carico elettrico dell’apparecchiatura. (vedere l’etichetta dati
posizionata nella parte inferiore del prodotto e sulla prima pagina del presente manuale). La sicurezza elettrica di questo
apparecchio è assicurata solamente se lo stesso è collegato correttamente a un impianto che disponga di un efficace
collegamento a terra secondo le norme di legge in vigore.
In caso di collegamento diretto alla rete di alimentazione (senza l’utilizzo della spina) è necessario prevedere un
dispositivo che assicuri la disconnessione dalla rete, con una distanza che consenta la completa disconnessione nelle
condizioni delle categorie di sovratensione III, conformemente alle regole di installazione.
Nei modelli dove presente, il cavo flessibile viene fornito senza spina. La spina da utilizzare deve essere idonea al
carico elettrico del prodotto e deve rispettare le normative vigenti.
La presa di allacciamento deve essere facilmente accessibile. Lo scollegamento dell'apparecchio dalla rete elettrica deve
essere consentito anche dopo aver effettuato l'installazione.
Dati elettrici modulo induzione
Montaggio/sostituzione cavo alimentazione
Se il cavo di alimentazione è danneggiato, esso deve essere sostituito dal produttore, dal suo servizio assistenza o da
altro personale qualificato al fine di evitare ogni possibile rischio.
Il cavo elettrico deve essere tenuto bloccato alla morsettiera dal fissacavo, in modo tale che non si possa sfilare.
Collegare al morsetto L il cavo di linea, al morsetto N il cavo del neutro e al morsetto di terra il cavo giallo/verde. Il
cavo giallo/verde deve essere più lungo degli altri due di almeno 20 mm.
Fare attenzione che il cavo elettrico non passi vicino o venga a contatto con superfici che raggiungano una temperatura
superiore ai 75°C.
Collegamento a terra
L’installazione il collegamento e la messa a terra del sistema elettrico devono rispettare i requisiti degli standard europei
e comunque entro i parametri delle norme locali vigenti.
Questo elettrodomestico richiede un collegamento di messa a terra per la vostra protezione da eventuali cortocircuiti o
dispersioni elettriche. Deve essere pertanto collegato ad un’appropriata presa elettrica. Il cavo di terra non deve essere
interrotto dall’interruttore.

ATTENZIONE! SCOLLEGARE L’ALIMENTAZIONE ELETTRICA PRIMA DI PRESTARE ASSISTENZA
TECNICA O MANUTENZIONE AL PRODOTTO.
In caso di sostituzione del cavo elettrico, assicurarsi l’uso di un cavo elettrico certificato secondo normative vigenti e
idoneo alle caratteristiche tecniche del prodotto.
Usare solo cavi flessibili tipo:
H05RR-FH 3 x 1.5 per tutti i piani misti gas/elettrico e piani Domino
H05RR-FH 3 x 2.5 per i piani a 4 piastre elettriche
Per la sostituzione del cavo procedere come segue:
Scollegare il cavo elettrico.
Togliere il piano di cottura dal piano di lavoro allentando le staffe di fissaggio.
Scollegare tubo alimentazione gas dal piano di cottura.
Aprire coperchio della morsettiera di collegamento elettrico,
per i piani 4 elettrici
Svitare la staffa di bloccaggio cavo ed allentare viti di fissaggio terminali del cavo.
Collegare terminali del nuovo cavo elettrico ai rispettivi terminali della morsettiera. Assicurarsi che il cavo di
Terra, giallo-verde, sia più lungo di 20 mm agli altri terminali.
Il nuovo cavo elettrico deve essere bloccato, dalla staffa di bloccaggio, in modo tale che questo non possa
scorrere.
Durante l’allacciamento elettrico verificare accuratamente che il cavo flessibile non sia danneggiato. Se non risultasse
integro, per evitare ogni possibile rischio, esso deve essere assolutamente sostituito con un cavo avente le stesse
caratteristiche e solamente da personale qualificato e specializzato.

PRECAUTIONS TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO THE APPLIANCE
Rough bases of containers, pans with bottom scratched, the presence of sand or of other abrasive substances can
scratch the hob, especially the glass ceramic surface of the control panel located at the front of the appliance.
Do not leave any empty container on the cooking zone. It could cause damage.
The falling of hard or sharp objects on the hob may cause damage. Be careful not to hit the edges of the glass with
pans.
Aluminium foil and containers can melt if placed on the cooking zone, may cause breakages or alterations. It is not
recommended to use protective plating on the hob.
Never place a hot container on the control panel of the hob because it could damage the electronics of the hob.
Never heat closed containers on the cooking zones as an increase in pressure could make them explode.
If a malfunction is noticed, switch off the appliance and disconnect it from the mains.
If the surface of the glass ceramic control panel is broken or cracked, immediately switch off the appliance to avoid
the risk of electric shocks. Contact technical support in any case.
Always make sure that the pan is centred on the cooking zone.
Always use detergents that are suitable for this type of hob.
Lift the pans to move them and don't drag them over the surface of the hob.
Remove any food residues from the surfaces of the hob.
ENERGY SAVING
When cooking without a lid, energy consumption is greater. Always use appropriate lids.
Always use pans with a flat base.
The diameter of the base of containers must correspond as far as possible to the dimensions of the cooking zone.
For small quantities use small containers. A large pan only slightly filled requires a lot of energy.

GUIDE TO USE
Commissioning
Upon first use or whenever there is a power outage that generates a reset, the appliance performs an initial calibration of
the sensitivity of the keypad. This is necessary in order to adapt to the controls to the environmental conditions and to
the end user. The process takes approximately 3 seconds and should be followed under the following conditions:
Do not use gloves because they could alter perception of the signal and create difficulties.
Touch the glass with clean fingers to ensure perception of the signal.
Do not create excessive direct lighting onto the hob.
Activate the automatic calibration by pressing the LOCK key.
ATTENTION! If during this process excessive lighting is present the display shows the letters FL and
the calibration process is interrupted. To resume the process, turn off any lights (for
example the halogen lights of the hood). The error disappears when the ambient lighting
is at the card calibration levels.
The FL error only occurs within approximately 3 seconds following initial ignition. It is advisable to turn off
all the lights of the hood and the lighting directed towards the hob before applying initial tension.
After the touch control has performed its initial calibration process (approximately 3S) any hood or other
lighting can be switched on without affecting the calibration.

Containers
The use of appropriate utensils reduces cooking time, results in lower energy consumption and more even cooking. Use
utensils with easy-grip handles and that do not overheat. Bulky grips must be positioned in such a way as to avoid
creating risks or situations where they could be easily gripped by children. Unstable or misshapen pans must not be
used. Not all containers are suitable for induction cooking especially for the materials from which they are made.
Use only ferromagnetic cookware for induction cooking such as:
• Enamelled steel.
• Cast iron.
• Steel with a magnetisable base.
• Aluminium with a magnetisable base.
Do not use:
Aluminium and steel without magnetisable base.
Copper, brass, terracotta, porcelain and similar materials.
Some containers can cause noises when they are placed on an induction cooking zone. This does not mean that the hob
is defective or that it is operating abnormally.

The hob is operated through swiping of the glass with a finger. Each key sensor reaction function is confirmed by an
audible beep and/or visual signal.
Control display signalling letters of the cooking zone
On/Off
The hob is switched on by pressing the [ON/OFF] key for 1 sec. There is a beep and all the displays of the heating
zones show a '0'. If there is no selection within 10 seconds, the hob will automatically switch off. The appliance was
designed to detect the position of the pan. If the system does not detect the presence, or after the pan is removed, the
appliance switches off automatically after 60 sec. To switch off the hob press the [ON/OFF] key for 1 second. All the
cooking zones that may be on are switched off.

The [ON/OFF] key is locked when:
the key lock is active (LED on),
an appliance error is signalled.
Pan recognition
To guarantee safety, the system includes recognition of the presence of the pan on the cooking zone.
If there is no pan in the cooking zone or if this is not suitable for induction cooking, the system prevents acting on the
commands of the heating zones and the symbol [u] appears flashing. The symbol will disappear and it will be possible
to use the controls as soon as a suitable pan is placed on the cooking zone selected.
Similarly, if while using a cooking zone the pan is removed, the symbol [u] appears flashing and the cooking zone is
deactivated. As soon as the container is placed back in position, cooking resumes with the gradation previously set.
After cooking, always switch off the cooking zone to prevent the symbol [u] appearing
Power level of the cooking zones
When the hob is switched on, the power level of a cooking zone can be selected by pressing the [+] or [-] keys in the
area to be used.
By increasing or decreasing the value, the system beeps and the corresponding display shows the new power level.
While holding down the [+] or [-] keys separately for more than 2 seconds the level increases or decreases continuously
It is also possible, starting from the initial level (0), to go straight to the maximum level by pressing the [-] key.
The level control key is locked in the following cases:
If the hob is switched off.

Booster Function
All the cooking zones have a booster function which allows a greater power operation that can be used for example to
quickly bring to the boil a large quantity of water.
The activation of the Booster function takes place by bringing the power selection of the desired cooking zone over the
maximum value (9) with the key [+]. Upon its activation the system emits a beep and the heater display shows the
letter "P".
With the Booster activated it is not possible to adjust the power as the keys are disabled
The Booster function remains active for 10 minutes. After that time the cooking zone is brought back to level "9"
(maximum value). The system will emit an audible warning.

Switching off a cooking zone
To switch off an active cooking zone, press the corresponding buttons simultaneously. After a warning beep the
corresponding display will indicate a value of "0".
The system will automatically switch off the cooking zone if after activating a cooking zone the power level is not set
within 10 seconds,
The continuous operating time of a cooking zone is limited to a maximum time depending on the power level used:
•
POWER LEVEL FROM 1 to 8 = 10 hours of continuous operation
•
POWER LEVEL 9 = 3 hours of continuous operation
To save energy or to limit the total power of the hob to a level below the maximum level, the appliance has
a system that allows limiting of the maximum power value that can be used with all the heating elements
activated. In addition to the maximum value of 3500W the system allows calibration to the power of
2800w.
Power limit setting (ECO)
Setting of the power limit is a choice that must be made upon initial ignition within 30 seconds from the time of
electrical power supply of the hob, operating as follows:
Power the induction module and wait 3 seconds for automatic calibration
Having switched off all the signals, deactivate the "lock" function; all the cooking zones must be switched off
Simultaneously press the keys of both the cooking zones. The letters "P0" will appear on the timer display
The value set can be read by checking the figures that appear on both the displays of the heating elements:
2-8 = 2800W; 3- 5 = 3500W; 6-0= 6000W; 7-2= 7200W. This appliance allows reaching of the maximum
power of 3500W.
Using the + and - keys of any of the two plates it is possible to change the limit to the desired value that will
be indicated in the two displays relating to the plates. For this model only the powers 3500W and 2800 W can
be used.
Higher value settings will be calibrated on the power of 3500W.
With the setting at 2800W the BOOSTER function cannot be activated

Having completed the selection it is necessary to confirm the change. To save the new setting, simultaneously press the
keys on both the heating zones. If during the 60 seconds after the new setting of values no operation is
performed, the system will revert to the initial settings.
The following table shows the combinations permitted depending on the maximum power enabled.

Key lock function
The "child lock" is identified by the "LOCK" symbol.
It is an additional function that can block access to the functionality of the hob keys both when it is running and as a
preventative measure when it is off.
If enabled, this feature prevents accidental contact modifying the default cooking settings or, if the appliance is
switched off, it being turned on inadvertently.
The lock function can be activated both when the cooking zones are operational and when the hob is switched off. If the
hob is switched on, this function locks all the keys except the general [ON/OFF] key and the key.
When the hob is switched off all the keys are locked, including the ON/OFF key.
To activate or deactivate this function, proceed as follows:
Pressing and holding the key for 1 second, the relevant LED comes on indicating that the keypad is locked. Locking is
always reactivated upon starting of the control.
Timer Function
This function allows programming of the operating time of the cooking zones, both or individually (programming
must, in any case, be performed one zone at a time).
The programming time is selectable from 1 to 99 minutes and any power level can be set. The "Timer" function cannot
be activated if the hob is switched off or the control lock is inserted
Programming can be activated on one or both the cooking zones but individually it is not possible to activate the timer
with simultaneous action.
Press the + and – keys of the timer.
A beep sounds and the timer display shows "00" flashing and on the display
of the cooking zone there is also a flashing "t".
Selecting the cooking zone, with any key of the same, the relative LED is activated and it is
now possible to set the timer.
Once the timer is activated, with the + and - keys set the desired duration minutes (from 1 to
99 min), keeping the key pressing the scrolling speed of the values increases.
After approximately 5 seconds from the last selection, the timer is activated and the countdown starts.
The last minute is displayed in seconds.
To deactivate the timer press the keys or bring the value to "00"
If the time selected is "00" after 10 seconds, the timer is disabled.
At the end of the countdown, a beep and flashing of the timer display indicate that the set time is finished; the cooking
zone switches off automatically. The display will continue to sound for approximately 1 minute. To stop it before then
simply press any of the control keys.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
If necessary it is possible to display the version of the software installed in the appliance by acting as follows:
•
perform the manoeuvre during the first 30 seconds after powering of the module
•
check that the control lock and that all the cooking zones are switched off
•
Simultaneously press the [-] keys of both the cooking zones and the "lock" key

Symbols may appear on the display that indicate a particular status of the appliance. Below is an indicative table.
ERRORS/ALARMS
The error messages indicated in the table below and that can appear in the display generate complete deactivation of the
appliance. All the cooking zones are switched off and all the displays show the flashing letter "F" combined with an
error number. In "error" status none of the keys of the cooking zones is active. All the errors indicated in the table can
be restored with the actions shown. The error signal disappears on the display the appliance resumes its normal
operation. Apart from the EEPROM errors and errors on the microcontrollers, all the errors are recoverable. That is,
when the cause of the error disappears all the displays are turned off and the hob returns to normal operation. In case of
difficulty or of locking errors, immediately consult a qualified technical service centre.

Cooking zone errors
These are the errors that generate switching off of one or more cooking zones. When a heating error is detected, the
cooking zones involved are switched off, a beep is emitted (only if one or more zones are active) and the displays
corresponding to these zones show the letter 'F' with the error code flashing. While the device is in error status, the keys
of the corresponding cooking zones are not operational. All the remaining errors are recoverable. When the cause of the
error disappears, the associated messages and the heating zones return to normal operation.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Before first use, perform thorough cleaning of the product to remove the presence of any processing residues which,
subjected to the heat generated by the heating elements, could alter or damage the surface
Disconnect the appliance from the power supply before any maintenance to the product.
Do not clean the appliance using steam cleaners.
Do not use rough abrasive materials or sharp metal scrapers to clean the surfaces.
Clean the appliance with caution to prevent damaging it.
Be careful to avoid steam burns should the damp sponge or cloth, used for cleaning residue, come into contact with
hot surfaces.
Upon contact with hot surfaces, certain detergents create harmful fumes.
The enamelled or glass parts should be treated with caution. Use non-abrasive sponges dampened with water or
specific products then drying thoroughly with a soft cloth.
If residues of food or stains from oil, sugar, grease, etc. are not immediately removed after use of the oven, they can
become more difficult to remove. The symbols printed on the appliance may be damaged if dirt remains on them
for a long period. However do not use products that are excessively abrasive because the symbols could become
damaged.
The porcelain stoneware surface is waterproof and resistant to high temperatures. However avoid spilling of
because this could seep through the cracks between the hob and the recessed cabinet.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLATION IN THE CABINET
The installation and technical assistance must only be performed by qualified staff. Carefully read the safety
instructions in this manual before using the appliance. Incorrect installation, adjustment, calibration, maintenance,
servicing and use of the appliance can cause serious damage to persons or property.
Installation is the responsibility of the purchaser and any actions required by the manufacturer due to incorrect
installation are not covered by the warranty.
To ensure proper and safe operation, the appliance must be correctly installed and earthed by qualified and
authorised personnel. Disconnect the appliance from the mains before any intervention.
THE MANUFACTURER DECLINES ALL CIVIL AND CRIMINAL LIABILITY IF THE
CONNECTION IS NOT MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STANDARDS IN FORCE AND AS
DESCRIBED IN THIS INSTRUCTIONS MANUAL.
Characteristics of the cabinet
•
The cabinets that can come into contact with the appliance where it will be placed must comply with the following
requirements:
•
The cabinet and its components must be capable of withstanding a temperature of 90°C without presenting any
deformations and/or surface defects.
•
The cabinet must allow free passage of the connections of the device.
•
All the household kitchen units must be protected with fire-resistant material in accordance with the local standards
in force.
Ventilation
This electro domestic appliance must only be installed and operated in permanently ventilated rooms and present the
features of increased ventilation as required by the local regulations in force. This ventilation must ensure the proper
exchange of combustion gases and air circulation and must maintain the temperature within the relevant safety limits.
The flow of air in the room must take place directly through openings made on the exterior walls. These openings must
have a free section of passage of at least 100 cm² that cannot be accidentally blocked. The discharge of combustion
products must be through suction hoods connected to flues or directly outside. Where it is not possible to install the
suction hood apply to the external wall or to the window of the room in use an electric fan, as long as there are openings
in the same room for the air intake required by the regulations and proportionate to the capacity of the electric fan. The
fume discharge systems must be operating throughout the entire use of the appliance.

Hob positioning
It is important that all the operations relating to installation of the appliance must be carried out by qualified personnel

Proceed with the opening for the built-in worktop. Follow the respective recessing dimensions shown in the manual.
Securing of the hob to the work top
In addition you will find a kit containing the sealing material and mounting brackets. Prepare a sealing bead around the
entire perimeter of the worktop built-in hole. See Fig. 01. The sealing material prevents the infiltration of liquid inside
the recessed hole.
Do not use silicone or any other type of bonding agent to secure the hob to the cabinet. The hob must be easy to remove
in the event of technical servicing.
Before placing the hob into the worktop built-in hole, the fixing brackets - supplied in the kit - must be fitted on the
fixing screws holes, as shown in Fig. 02B. Position and insert the bracket guide tab into the bracket guide cut on the
bottom cover. Tighten the fixing screw enough to hold the bracket in position and allow transverse movement. Hold and
push the brackets inwards with respect to the top, when placing the hob into the built-in hole. When the hob is inserted
in the built-in hole, move the brackets to the outside, below the worktop, as shown in fig. 02B. After that, secure the
brackets by tightening the fixing screws until slight resistance is met then check that the top is secure. Excessively
tightening the screws may cause damage to the hob. After securing the hob, remove excess sealant using a cutter.

Installation of the hob with drawer in the cabinet below
Remove the drawer of the cabinet and install the hob as shown above. After that, apply a barrier, such as a wooden
board or other type, between the hob drawer and the cabinet drawer. Ensure a minimum distance of 10 mm between the
bottom surface of the hob and the barrier surface to allow air flow. This barrier helps to prevent damage to people or
property in the event the bottom cover of the hob is accidentally touched.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
The hob must be installed by qualified and skilled personnel.
Attention, this appliance must be earthed in compliance with the standards in force. In addition it can only be installed
and operated in permanently ventilated rooms, always according to the relevant local regulations in force.
Ensure the electric current has been disconnected before connecting the appliance to the electric mains.
During the electrical connection ensure the flexible cable is not damaged. If it is not intact, to avoid any risk, it must be
completely replaced with a cable having the same characteristics and only by qualified and skilled staff.
The oven requires single-phase alternate current 220-230-240 V~ 50-60 Hz, using flexible cable. Ensure the household
power supply can support the electric load of the device. (See the data label located at the bottom of the product and on
the first page of this manual). The electric safety of this appliance is only assured if the same is correctly connected to a
system having efficient earth connection, according to the legal standards in force.
In case of direct connection to the mains (without the use of the plug) include a device that ensures disconnection from
the network, with a distance enabling full disconnection in the conditions of overvoltage category III, in accordance
with the relevant installation regulations.
In models where present, the flexible cable is supplied without plug. The plug to be used must be suitable for the
electric load of the product and must comply with the current regulations.
The connection socket must be easily accessible. Disconnection of the appliance from the electrical supply must also be
possible after the completion of installation.
Electrical data induction module
Installation/replacement of power cord
If the supply cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, by its support service or by similarly qualified
persons in order to avoid any risk.
The electric cable must be kept secured to the terminal block by means of a cable fix so that it cannot come out.
Connect the line cable to terminal L, the neutral cable to terminal N and the yellow/green cable to the earth terminal
. The yellow/green cable must be longer than the other two by at least 20 mm.

Ensure the electric cable does not pass near or come into contact with the surfaces reaching a temperature above 75°C.
Ground connection
Installation, connection and earthing of the electric system must comply with the European standard requisites and meet
the provisions of the local Standards in force.
This household appliance requires an earthing connection for protection against short-circuits or electric dispersions. It
must therefore be connected to an appropriate electrical outlet. The earthing wire must not be interrupted by the switch.

ATTENTION! DISCONNECT THE ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY BEFORE PERFORMING TECHNICAL

In case of replacement of the electric cable, ensure the use of an electric cable certified according to the standards in
force and suitable to the technical features of the product.
Use only flexible cables type:
H05RR-FH 3 x 1.5 for all the mixed gas/electric hobs and the Domino hobs
H05RR-FH 3 x 2.5 for the electric 4-plate hobs
To replace the cable, proceed as follows:
Disconnect the USB cable.
Remove the hob from the worktop by loosening the fixing brackets.
Disconnect the gas supply pipe from the hob.
Open the electrical connection terminal cover, fig. 10, fig. 10A for the electric 4-plate hobs
Unscrew the cable locking bracket and loosen the fixing screws of the cable terminals.
Connect the terminals of the new power cord to the corresponding terminals of the terminal block. Ensure the
yellow-green earthing cable is 20 mm longer than the other terminals.
The new power cord must be secured by means of the locking bracket in such a way that it cannot slip out.
During the electrical connection ensure the flexible cable is not damaged. If it is not intact, to avoid any risk, it must be
completely replaced with a cable having the same characteristics and only by qualified and skilled staff.
