Sloan Valve Company warrants its Regal Flushometers to be made of first classmaterials, free fromdefects of material or workmanship under normal use and
to perform theservice for which they are intended ina thoroughly reliableand efficient manner when properly installed and serviced, for a period of three years
(1 year for special finishes) from date of purchase. Duringthis period, SloanValve Company will, at its option,repair or replaceany part or parts which proveto
be thus defective if returned to Sloan Valve Company, at customer’s cost, and this shall be the sole remedyavailable under this warranty. No claims willbe
allowedforlabor, transportationor otherincidentalcosts. This warrantyextendsonlyto persons or organizationswhopurchase Sloan ValveCompany’sproducts
directlyfrom Sloan Valve Company for purpose of resale.

THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. IN NO EVENTIS SLOAN VALVE
