Limited Warranty
World Factory, Inc. Products for Home Use
World Factory, Inc. (Seller) warrants to the original Buyer only, that each Product will be free from
defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. SELLER’S
SOLE OBLIGATION AND BUYER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL
BE THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF PARTS, WITHOUT CHARGE, WHICH ARE DEFECTIVE IN
MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP. ANY PARTS AS DETERMINED BY THE SELLER WHICH HAVE BEEN
MISUSED; ABUSED OR DAMAGED EITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM REPAIRS OR
ALTERATIONS ATTEMPTED BY UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS; IMPROPER MAINTENANCE, NEGLECT
OR ACCIDENT ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. This warranty does not apply to
damage, heat-induced coloration changes, scratching or alteration due to normal use or weathering. To
make a claim under this Limited Warranty, you must return the complete product with proof of purchase,
transportation prepaid, to any World Factory, Inc. authorized service center. Call 1-888-422-7800 or visit:
www.ezreplacement.com for the location of the nearest authorized service center.
Additional Limitations
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO ACCESSORY OR CONSUMABLE ITEMS RELATED
TO THIS PRODUCT. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO ONE (1) YEAR
FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LIABILITY FOR LOSS OF PROFITS,
ARISING FROM THE SALE OR USE OF THIS PRODUCT.
If any provision of this Limited Warranty is for any reason held to be invalid or unenforceable, such
provision shall not affect any other provision herein, this Limited Warranty shall be construed as if such
invalid and/or unenforceable provision had never been contained herein.
This warranty gives you special legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state
to state.
This Warranty contains the entire agreement between Seller and Buyer and supersedes any and all
prior agreements, arrangements, or understandings between the parties relating to product warranty.

Carefully remove the contents from the package. If any parts are missing do not
attempt to use the product until they have been obtained and correctly installed.

Parts Detail

1. (SEE FIGURE 1) Place base (A) on a flat surface and attach base pedestals (F) to the base (A)
with pre-installed bolts.
2. Apply the studs (O) into the top of base pedestals (F). Then attach the half-moon platforms (B)
using center pedestals (G) as shown in image.
3. Apply stud (O) to center pedestal (G). Now set
middle platform (C) on center pedestals (G),
secure with bolts (Q) and apply bolt caps (N).
Align holes on house (J) with middle
platform (C) and secure with bolts (M) and
apply bolt caps (N).
4. Secure top platform pedestal (H) to middle
platform then secure top platform (D) to top
platform pedestal (H).
5. Secure bed platform pedestal (I) to top of
house (J) then secure bed platform (E) to top
of bed platform pedestal (I).
6. Install the toy (K) to top platform (D) as shown
in image.
7. Install the hooks (P) to the half-moon
platforms (B) and hang hammock (L) as
shown in image. Finished “Cat Scratch Fever
Tree” should look like figure 2.
