Congratulations on the purchase of this SkyTec Karaoke set.
Please read this manual carefully prior to using the unit.

WARNING

- Read the manual prior to using the unit.

- Keep the manual for future reference.

- Keep the packaging for safer transport in its original packaging

- Prior to the first use, have the unit checked by a qualified person.

- The unit contains voltage carrying parts. DO NOT open the unit.

- Never plug or unplug the unit with wet hands.

- If the plug and/or mains lead are damaged, they need to be repaired by a qualified technician. Never place
the device on an unstable / moveable surface and make sure it is transported securely.

- If the unit is damaged to an extent that you can see internal parts, do not plug the unit into a mains outlet.

- Repairs have to be carried out by a qualified technician.

- Only connect this unit to an earthed mains outlet of 220-240Vac/50Hz and 10-16A.

- Do no place the unit near heat sources.

- Don't pull the power cord while you pull out the plug. Hold the plug tightly to pull it out.

- Always unplug the unit during a thunderstorm or when it is not in use.

- If the unit has not been used for a longer period of time, condensation can occur inside the housing. Please
let the unit reach room temperature prior to use.

- To avoid accidents in public premises, the legal requirements must be fulfilled and instructions/warnings
must be adhered to.

- Keep out of the reach of children. Don’t leave the device unattended.

- All volume controls must be set to zero prior to switching the unit on.

- Do not use cleaning sprays for the slider controls. The residues of these spray cause dust deposits in the
controls. If a problem occurs, please consult a specialist.

- Do not clean the unit with chemical solutions. This might damage the finish. Only use a dry cloth for
cleaning.

- This unit is with speaker inside which can cause magnetic field. Keep this unit at least 60cm away from
computer or TV.

- This unit is with built-in lead-acid rechargeable battery. Please recharge the battery every 3 months if you
are not going to use the unit for a long period of time. Or the battery may be damaged.

- If the battery is damaged please replace with same specifications battery. And dispose the damaged
battery environment friendly.

- Don't expose the device to high temperatures.

- Don't place the device in the environment of humidity and dirt’s. Avoid ingress of water into the enclosure.

- Place the device in the ventilated environment.

- Pull out the AC power if you will not use the device for a long time, alike the VHF microphone batteries and
store for later use.

WIRELESS MICROPHONES

Insert 9V batteries into the wireless microphones and observe the polarity.
Connect the aerials at the rear side and turn all volume controls down. Switch the system ON and the power led
will light. Switch the microphones on and the LEDs on the mics light (momentarily). Increase the Volume knobs to
the desired position. Take care not to incur FEEDBACK from the speaker. Turn the Echo, Bass and Treble Knobs
to a position in order to have the desired sound.

How to connect with your Bluetooth device:

First turn on speaker, then press on “MODE” (4) till you see “AUX”. Then use your mobile or computer to search a
Bluetooth device. When you find the “SKYTEC PLAYER” then connect. The password is: 0000

CHARGING BATTERIES

Prior to use this Mobile Amplifier System the internal 12V battery need to be charged for 12 hours. If the Power­switch is in OFF position and the System is connected to mains, the battery will be (re)charged and the Charg e-Led
lights !!
Note: Pull the plug out of the mains outlet if the battery is fully charged!!
Before the device the first time is actuated, pls charge the battery at least 12 hours and max. 72 hours! Battery
should be regularly charged. For optimal battery life the battery should be charged at least 1x per month. Please
note that if you do not load within 6 weeks, the battery becomes defective !!

TROUBLESHOOTING

Check before returning this product to the dealer for a repair, if leads are well connected, switches a nd knobs are in
the correct position, batteries are fully charged and fuse hasn’t blown.

Electric products must not be put into household waste. Please bring them to a recycling centre. Ask your local

authorities or your dealer about the way to proceed. The specifications are typical. The actual values can
slightly change from one unit to the other. Specifications can be changed without prior notice.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

The date the product leaves the importer is considered to be the date the warranty begins. Only companies
approved by Skytec are allowed to work on the equipment.
During warranty period (defective) equipment must be returned to the dealer by pre-paid mail in the original box.
Potentiometers have a limited lifetime and are not covered by the manufacturer for more than normal use.
For all service enquiries, refer to your local distributor,as he is best able to help you.

Do not attempt to make any repairs yourself. This would invalid your warranty. Do not make any changes to the unit. This would also
invalid your warranty. The warranty is not applicable in case of accidents or damages caused by inappropriate use or disrespect of the
warnings contained in this manual. Skytec cannot be held responsible for personal injuries caused by a disrespect of the safety
recommendations and warnings. This is also applicable to all damages in whatever form.

Hartelijk dank voor de aanschaf van deze SkyTec karaoke set. Neemt U a.u.b. een paar momenten de tijd om deze
handleiding zorgvuldig te lezen, aangezien wij graag willen dat u onze producten snel en volledig gebruikt.

WAARSCHUWING :

- Lees deze handleiding eerst door alvorens het
product te gebruiken. Volg de instructies op anders
zou de garantie wel eens kunnen vervallen

- Bewaar de verpakking zodat u indien het apparaat
defect is, dit in de originele verpakking kunt opsturen
om beschadigingen te voorkomen.

- Voordat het apparaat in werking wordt gesteld, altijd
eerst een deskundige raadplegen. Bij het voor de
eerste keer inschakelen kan een bepaalde reuk
optreden. Dit is normaal en verdwijnt na een poos.

- In het apparaat bevinden zich onder spanning
staande onderdelen; open daarom NOOIT dit
apparaat.

- Bij het verwijderen van de stekker uit het stopcontact
nooit aan het netsnoer trekken.

- Verwijder of plaats een stekker nooit met natte
handen resp. uit en in het stopcontact.

- Indien zowel de stekker en/of netsnoer als
snoeringang in het apparaat beschadigd zijn dient dit
door een vakman hersteld te worden.

- Indien het apparaat zo beschadigd is dat inwendige
(onder)delen zichtbaar zijn mag de stekker NOOIT in
het stopcontact worden geplaatst én het apparaat
NOOIT worden ingeschakeld. Neem in dit geval
contact op met de dealer. Sluit het apparaat nooit op
een dimmer aan.

- Reparatie aan het apparaat dient te geschieden door
een vakman of een deskundige.

- Sluit het apparaat alléén aan op een 230VAC / 50Hz
geaard stopcontact, verbonden met een 10-16A
meterkastgroep.

- Toestel niet opstellen in de buurt van warmtebronnen
zoals radiatoren etc. en niet op een vibrerende- maar
stabiele ondergrond plaatsen. Dek ventilatie­openingen nooit af.

- Bij onweer altijd de stekker uit het stopcontact halen,
zo ook wanneer het apparaat een langere tijd niet
gebruikt wordt. Stelregel: Bij geen gebruik stekker
verwijderen.

- Als u het apparaat een tijd niet gebruikt heeft en het
weer wil gebruiken kan er condens ontstaan; laat het
apparaat eerst op kamertemperatuur komen alvorens
het weer in werking te stellen ; apparaat nooit in
vochtige ruimten en buiten gebruiken. Plaats geen
metalen voorwerpen, vloeistoffen (in bekers etc.) op
het product, deze kunnen onherstelbare schade of
een elektrische schok veroorzaken!! wanneer ze
het apparaat binnendringen.

- De behuizing kan warm worden, raak deze dan ook
niet aan bij gebruik én direct na gebruik.

- Om ongevallen in bedrijven te voorkomen moét
rekening worden gehouden met de daarvoor geldende
richtlijnen en moeten de
aanwijzingen/waarschuwingen worden gevolgd.

- Wanneer het apparaat aan de muur bevestigd moet
worden dient eerst zorgvuldig berekend te worden of
het plateau en/of muurbeugels deze wel kunnnen
dragen. Kunt u het niet berekenen schakel dan
vakbekwaam personeel in. Het apparaat mag alleen
bevestigd worden op de manier die de fabrikant
/expert aanbeveelt.

- Laat ruimte vrij voor een deugdelijke ventilatie.

- Het apparaat buiten bereik van kinderen houden.
Bovendien mag het apparaat nooit onbeheerd gelaten
worden.

- Gebruik geen schoonmaakspray om de schakelaars
te reinigen. Restanten van deze spray zorgen ervoor
dat smeer en stof ophopen. Raadpleeg bij storing te
allen tijde een deskundige.

- Gebruik geen overmatige kracht bij het bedienen van
het apparaat.

- Bij een ongeval met deze karaoke set altijd eerst een
deskundige raadplegen alvorens opnieuw te
gebruiken.

- Zet eerst de Aan/Uit schakelaar op Uit en de
volumeregelaar(s) op minimaal bij het aansluiten van
de installatie, na alle snoeren aangesloten te hebben
schakel dan pas aan.

- Zorg er ook voor dat de karaoke set eerst Uit
geschakeld wordt alvorens het netsnoer uit het
stopcontact te verwijderen.

- Tracht het apparaat niet schoon te maken met
chemische oplossingen. Dit kan de lak beschadigen.
Gebruik een droge doek om schoon te maken.

- Blijf uit de buurt van elektrische/elektronische
apparatuur, elektriciteitskabels etc., deze veroorzaken
bromstoringen.

- Bij reparatie dienen altijd originele onderdelen te
worden gebruikt om onherstelbare beschadigingen
en/of ontoelaatbare straling te voorkomen.

- Verwijder netsnoer en aansluitsnoeren voordat u dit
product gaat verplaatsen. Vervoer de karaoke set
eventueel trillingsvrij.

- Zorg ervoor dat het netsnoer niet beschadigd/defect
kan raken wanneer mensen erover heen lopen. Het
netsnoer vóór ieder gebruik controleren op
breuken/defecten! !

- In Nederland/Belgie is de netspanning 220­240Vac/50Hz. Indien u reist (en u neemt het apparaat
mee) informeer dan naar de netspanning in het land
waar u verblijft.

Deze markering wordt weergegeven om u erop attent te maken dat een levensgev aarlijke spanning in het

product aanwezig is en dat bij aanraking van deze delen een elektrische schok wordt verkregen.

Deze instructiemarkering wordt weergegeven om u erop te wijzen dat de instructie zeer belangrijk is om te

lezen en/of op te volgen.
