WATER & ELECTRON ICS DON'T MIX!
Never allow water, moisture, or other foreign materials to get inside ESC, motor, or on the PC Board s. Water damage will void the warranty!

The TORO 8 is intended for 1/8 sca le vehicles.
INSULATE WIRES
Always insulate exposed wiring with heat shrink tubing or electrica l tape to preve nt short circuits, which can damage ESC.
TRANSMITTER ON FIRST
Turn on the transmitter first THEN tu rn on the speed control.
2 - 6 LI-PO CELLS ONLY
Never use fewer than 2 or more than 6 LIPO cells in the vehicle's main battery pack. The TORO 8 handles up to 6S LIPO inpu t (25.2 Volts MAX).
DISCONNECT BATTERIES WHEN NOT IN USE
Always disconnect the battery pack from the speed control when not in use to avoid sho rt circuits and possible fire hazard.
NO REVER SE VOLTAGE!
Reverse battery polarity can damage ESC & void warranty. Disconnect batte ry immedi ately if a revers e connect ion occurs.

Hold the wir e so the ti nned end is in conta ct wit h the notch of th e post . Now to uch th e iron tip to the wire and the po st. Use t his mo de if you Uwish to use rever se. se on ly the
blue and orange motor wires from the ESC. In most applications, the blue wire f rom the ESC will connect to positive + side hood on your motor, and the orang e wire to the negative - side hood of the motor. T he yellow motor wire is not used. After calibration, (explained below) you may need to swap the two motor wires to get the wheels to spin in the right directio n.

Problem: My battery pack is plugged into the ESC and nothing is working
Sol ution: Make sure the ESC's receiver plug is plug ged i nto c han nel 2 o n the rece ive r, and t hat i t's p lug ged i n wit h the c orr ect o rie ntation. Double check your sold er con nec tions on the ba ttery plug, and make sure the battery is showing good vol tag e.
