Safety Information:
It is important that you read the following safety information prior to
using your Skiva PowerSkin IP5S/5.
• To charge your PowerSkin IP5S/5, use the manufacturer’s
USB charger. Using alternate chargers may damage the
device.
• Do not attempt to charge the PowerSkin IP5S/5 with a
defective charger.
• Keep the PowerSkin IP5S/5 away from water, re, extreme
cold or extreme heat.
• Do not use excessive force when applying the case to your
mobile device.
Getting started:
1) Slide the mobile device into place.
2) Lift the edge of the case over the top of the mobile device.

Charging:
1) Connect the PowerSkin IP5S/5 to your computer with the USB
connector provided. When connected properly, the LED lamp will
illuminate.
2) Observe the charging progress as each capacity indicator light
illuminates. Each light represents 25% charging capacity, so all
four lights will illuminate when charging is complete.

TIP: When charging both the PowerSkin IP5S/5 and the mobile de-
vice at the same time, the mobile device charges rst.
Troubleshooting:

The mobile device and the case
do not charge together.
Disconnect the mobile device from the
case and charge the case separately.
Error message “Does Not Support Charge” displays .
The charging cable is not providing
sucient power. Use the charging
cable provided by the manufacturer.
