It is important that you read the following safety information prior to
using your Skiva PowerSkin S5.
• To charge your PowerSkin S5, use the manufacturer’s USB
charger. Using alternate chargers may damage the device.
• Do not attempt to charge the S5 with a defective charger.
• Keep the PowerSkin S5 away from water, re, extreme cold or
extreme heat.
• Do not use excessive force when applying the case to your
mobile device.
Getting started:
1) Pull the top of the charging case open.
2) Slide the mobile device into place.

TIP: When charging both the PowerSkin S5 and the mobile device at
the same time, toggle the ON/OFF switch on the PowerSkin S5 to
control which device charges rst. When LED1 is illuminated, the
mobile device is charging rst.
Charging status:
Charging:
1) Connect the PowerSkin S5 to your computer with the USB
connector provided. When connected properly, the LED lamp will
illuminate.
2) Observe the charging progress as each capacity indicator light
illuminates. Each light represents 25% charging capacity, so all
four lights will illuminate when charging is complete.
