Choosing and Playing Media
You can play
CD audio, MP3
and
WAV files
from
a CD
or
a USB Flash Drive (4GB max).
Inserting the desired media will cause the unit
to display
its
contents
in the LCD display
ready
to play.
Swapping between media can then be done
by pressing
the
Drive button.
Powering up a model it will default
to
displaying the
Internal Memory
unless a CD was present at
start up.

When
Record
is pressed, the unit
will record
to the media
that
is displayed on the LCD Di

Use
Drive
to select the
media before pressing Record,
To
record
from
an external
microphone insert
a
microphone into either Microphone input. Press Record
.
connecting two microphones
will configure the unit to
record in stereo.
This can be changed
to
dual
mono withi
n
the
menu feat
ures.
To
record
from
an external
line source connect the audi
o
output of the other
device into the line in. Press Record
,
use the
Soft
Keys
to
select betw
een Memo &
Line.
The
Rec
key will light up red all the time the unit is
swit
ched on even when
not recording.
