* The distance between the bottom of the cooking
surface and the bottom of the cooker hood must be a minimum of 650mm for electric cooking, and 700mm for gas.
* The extracted air can’t be conveyed through a duct used to exhaust fumes from an appliance fed by energy other than electricity. (e.g. centralized heating, radiators, water heaters, gas etc).
* Important: Remove all plastic film from the stainless steel surfaces before using the appliance.
* When installing the appliance, full compliance with local authority guidelines is required. Failure to do so can result in loss of property and/or injury to persons. Your warranty will be void if these guidelines are not followed.
* Ensure the room has adequate ventilation when the cooker hood is installed with appliances powered by alternative fuel sources (gas, oil or coal), as the hood may generate a negative
pressure in the room. It’s recommended you allow a
constant flow of fresh air within the room to avoid this pressure build up.
* If the rating label on the cooker hood shows the symbol the appliance is built in class ii° and it does not need the earth connection. If the symbol
