number of the Single Part only, exce]if when (he pert includes
Set Screws, Clamping Screws, Studs .'ind Hollers Spun on, Sniiill
Wires riveted, or Parts soldered togidher, etc., which it is neces-
•sary to furnish in combination.
Every combination of parts sent out has its s])ccilic number
which, although not stamped on Parts except in above c.ase),
must bo used when ordering th.e combination.
E.ach number alw'ays indicale.s (he SAME PART in whatever
list it appears, or for whatever Machine.
The letters after some of (he numbers indicate the style of
finish only, as follovv.s:
A. Hardened, Polished anil Plated.
B. Polished and Plated.
C. Hardened only.
D. Polished only.
E. Soft, not [iidished.
F. Hardened and Polished
H. Hhied.
J. Nickic Plated otdy
R. Merlizod.
Y. Black Nickle Plated only.
