Connections
1. Attach the correct AC plug to the AC adapter.
2. Plug the AC adapter into wall outlet and plug 12V DC adapter cord into PAL-83
3. Connect the Video output of the PAL-83 to the video input of your NTSC or PAL video recorder or TV.
4. Connect the video output of the NTSC or PAL source of your choice to the video input of the PAL-83.
5. Set the PAL/NTSC switch to match the system type of the video recorder or TV to the output type of the PAL-83.
Note: NTSC = USA, PAL = Europe. Video input is automatically detected by the PAL-83
Troubleshooting
The video system of the recording device must match the video system selected by the PAL/NTSC switch on the unit. For example, you cannot record in PAL on an NTSC recorder.

Sima Products Corporation, (“Sima”) warrants that if the accompanying product proves to be defective to the original purchaser in material or workmanship within 90 days from the original retail purchase, the Company will, at the its option, either repair or replace same without charge (but no cash refund will be made).
