Heavy-duty top, 300 series, 16 gauge stainless steel with 1/2” high marine
edge to prevent spills. Stainless steel front and sides.

300 series stainless steel floor. Aluminum sides and top. Coved
corners and finished edges for easy cleaning.

Environmentally friendly foamed-in-place polyurethane
insulation for maximum strength and durability.

Full extension drawers with drawer slides welded to 12 gauge stainless
steel framework. This premier slide and framework construction
promotes lateral stability while offering high dynamic load capacities
and a stay-shut feature. All drawers accommodate 12” x 20” x 6” deep
hotel pans and 6” deep fractional pans. Drawers lift out for cleaning.

R404a refrigeration system with capillary tube metering device, auto­matic timed defrost and forced air circulation. Programmable tempera­ture and defrost controller with digital front mounted display for con­venience. Automatic condensate evaporator requires no plumbing.
Coated evaporator coil.
