Congratulations on the purchase of your new
appliance.
You have selected a high-quality product. The
operating instructions are part of this product. They
contain important information about safety, usage
and disposal. Before using the product, please
familiarise yourself with all operating and safety
instructions. Use the product only as described and
for the range of applications specifi ed. Please also
pass these operating instructions on to any future
owner.
Intended use
This appliance is intended exclusively for mixing
and kneading dough, stirring liquids (e.g. fruit
juices) and whipping cream. It is only suitable for
processing foodstuff s. This appliance is intended
solely for use in private households. Do not use it
for commercial purposes.

CO time
The CO time (continuous operation time) is the
amount of time an appliance can be operated
without the motor overheating and becoming damaged. After the appliance has been operated for
this duration of time, switch it off until the motor has
cooled down.

Safety information
DANGER – RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK!
► Keep power cable away from hot parts of the appliance and other
heat sources. Do not run power cable over sharp edges or corners.
► Do not kink or crush the power cable.
► To prevent accidents, have defective plugs and/or power cables
replaced immediately by an authorised specialist technician or our
Customer Service department.
► Always hold the plug when disconnecting the appliance from
the power supply, do not pull on the power cable. Otherwise the
power cable could be damaged!
Never immerse the hand element in water or any other liquid!
There is a risk of fatal electric shock if residual liquids come into
contact with live components during operation.
WARNING – RISK OF INJURY!
► This appliance may be used by people with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and/or knowledge if they are supervised and have been instructed in how to
use the appliance safely and have understood the potential risks.
► This appliance may not be used by children.
► Do not allow children to play with the appliance.
► The appliance and its connecting cable must be kept away from
children.

WARNING – RISK OF INJURY!
► The appliance should always be disconnected from the mains
when unattended and before assembly, disassembly or cleaning.
► Never touch the whisks or kneading hooks when the appliance is
in use. Do not dangle long hair, scarves or the like over the mixing
attachments.
► Never attempt to fi t attachments with diff ering functions at the
same time.
► Unplug the appliance after every use and before cleaning to
prevent it from switching on inadvertently.
► Always unplug the appliance before changing the accessories to
prevent it from switching on inadvertently.
► Switch appliance off and disconnect from the power supply
before changing accessories or additional parts that move during
operation.
► Do not touch moving parts of the appliance, always wait for them
to come to a complete stop. Risk of injury!
► Always check the appliance and all parts for signs of visible dam-
age before use. The safety concept can work only if the appliance
is in a faultless condition.
► Never use the appliance if parts are damaged, defective or missing.
Doing so will increase the risk of accidents.
► The appliance must always be supervised during use. If you need
to leave the workplace, remove the plug from the mains power
socket.
► Never use the appliance for purposes other than those described
in these instructions. Otherwise there is a risk of serious injury!

► Do not use the appliance outdoors. The appliance is intended
exclusively for domestic use indoors.
► Have all repairs carried out by trained personnel. If required,
contact our service partner responsible for your country.
Unpacking
■ Remove all components from the packaging.
■ Remove all packaging materials and transport
restraints.
■ Check that all of the items listed are present and
undamaged.
■ Clean all parts as described in the section
"Cleaning".

Operation
Kneading and whisking
WARNING! RISK OF INJURY!
► Never use containers made from glass or
other easily breakable materials. These containers may be damaged and cause injuries.
ATTENTION! PROPERTY DAMAGE!
►
Do not operate the mixer continuously for
longer than 10 minutes. After 10 minutes,
take a break in order to allow the appliance
to cool down.
1) Choose the appropriate attachment:

2) Push the whisks 7 or the kneading hooks 8
into the slots 6 until they click audibly into
place and sit fi rmly.

3) Insert the mains plug 4 into a mains power
socket.
4) To start operating the appliance, move the
speed switch 2 to the desired speed setting.
You can select between 5 speed settings and
also use the Turbo button 3 (see section
"Speed levels").
5) Press the tool-release button 1 to release the
whisks 7 or the kneading hooks 8.
NOTE
►
For safety reasons, the whisks 7 and kneading
hooks 8 can only be released if the speed
switch 2 is set to the position "0".
Cleaning
DANGER – RISK OF ELECTRICAL
SHOCK!
►
Always remove the plug 4 from the power
socket before cleaning the appliance! There
is a risk of electric shock!
Never submerge the hand element 5 in
water or other liquids!
■ Clean the hand element 5 containing the motor
only with a damp cloth and, if necessary, with
a mild detergent.
■ The whisks 7 and the kneading hooks 8 can
be cleaned under running water or in warm
water with detergent. Dry all parts thoroughly
after cleaning.
We recommend cleaning the attachments
directly after use. This removes food residue and
reduces the risk of bacterial contamination.
NOTE
►
The whisk 7 and the kneading hook 8 can
also be cleaned in the dishwasher.
Storage
■ Store the cleaned appliance in a clean, dust-free
and dry location.
Recipe
Simple sponge cake
Ingredients
3 cups of fl our
2 cups of sugar
1 cup of sunfl ower oil
1 cup of mineral water
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 pack baking powder
4 eggs
1 pinch salt
1) Mix the fl our, the sugar, the baking powder,
the vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt in a
container that is suitable for mixing.
2) Add the eggs, mineral water and oil, then
mix everything into a smooth dough.
3) Grease a cake tin and add the dough.
4) Pre-heat the oven to 200–225°C (convection)
and bake the cake for approx. 40–45 minutes.

Disposal
Never dispose of the appli-
ance in your normal domestic
waste. This product is subject
to the provisions of European
Directive 2012/19/EU.
Dispose of the appliance via an approved disposal
company or your municipal waste facility. Please
comply with all applicable regulations. Please
contact your waste disposal centre if you are in any
doubt.
The packaging is made from environ-
mentally friendly material and can be
disposed of at your local recycling plant.

Dear Customer,
This appliance has a 3-year warranty valid from
the date of purchase. If this product has any faults,
you, the buyer, have certain statutory rights. Your
statutory rights are not restricted in any way by the
warranty described below.
Warranty conditions
The validity period of the warranty starts from the
date of purchase. Please keep your original receipt
in a safe place. This document will be required as
proof of purchase.
If any material or production fault occurs within
three years of the date of purchase of the product,
we will either repair or replace the product for you
at our discretion. This warranty service is dependent
on you presenting the defective appliance and
the proof of purchase (receipt) and a short written
description of the fault and its time of occurrence.
If the defect is covered by the warranty, your product
will either be repaired or replaced by us. The repair
or replacement of a product does not signify the
beginning of a new warranty period.
Warranty period and statutory claims for
defects
The warranty period is not prolonged by repairs
eff ected under the warranty. This also applies to
replaced and repaired components. Any damage
and defects present at the time of purchase must
be reported immediately after unpacking. Repairs
carried out after expiry of the warranty period shall
be subject to a fee.
Scope of the warranty
This appliance has been manufactured in accordance
with strict quality guidelines and inspected meticulously prior to delivery.
The warranty covers material faults or production
faults. The warranty does not extend to product parts
subject to normal wear and tear or fragile parts such
as switches, batteries, baking moulds or parts made
of glass.
The warranty does not apply if the product has been
damaged, improperly used or improperly maintained.
The directions in the operating instructions for the
product regarding proper use of the product are
to be strictly followed. Uses and actions that are
discouraged in the operating instructions or which
are warned against must be avoided.
This product is intended solely for private use and
not for commercial purposes. The warranty shall be
deemed void in cases of misuse or improper handling,
use of force and modifi cations/repairs which have
not been carried out by one of our authorised
Service centres.

To ensure quick processing of your case, please
observe the following instructions:
■ Please have the till receipt and the item number
(e.g. IAN 12345) available as proof of purchase.
■ You will fi nd the item number on the type plate,
an engraving on the front page of the instructions
(bottom left), or as a sticker on the rear or
bottom of the appliance.
■ If functional or other defects occur, please
contact the service department listed either by
telephone or by e-mail.
■ You can return a defective product to us free of
charge to the service address that will be provided
to you. Ensure that you enclose the proof of purchase (till receipt) and information about what
the defect is and when it occurred.

Vásárlásával kiváló minőségű termék mellett dön-
tött. A használati útmutató a termék része. Fontos
tudnivalókat tartalmaz a biztonságra, használatra
és ártalmatlanításra vonatkozóan. A termék használata előtt ismerkedjen meg valamennyi használati és biztonsági utasítással. Csak a leírtak szerint
és a megadott célokra használja a készüléket.

esetén adja át a készülékhez tartozó valamennyi
leírást is.
Rendeltetésszerű használat
Ez a készülék kizárólag tészta keverésére és
dagasztására, folyadékok (pl. gyümölcslevek) öszszekeverésére, valamint tejszín felverésére szolgál.
Csak élelmiszerek feldolgozására alkalmas.
A készülék kizárólag magánháztartásokban használható. Ne használja kereskedelmi célokra.

Rövid üzemeltetési idő
A rövid üzemeltetési idő azt jelzi, hogy mennyi ideig
lehet üzemeltetni a készüléket a motor túlhevülése és
károsodása nélkül. A megadott rövid üzemeltetési
idő lejárta után a készüléket addig kell kikapcsolva
tartani, amíg a motor le nem hűl.

Biztonsági utasítások
VESZÉLY – ÁRAMÜTÉS!
► A hálózati kábel soha nem érintkezhet a készülék forró alkatrészeivel
és nem lehet más hőforrások közelében vagy azokkal érintkezésben.
Ne fektesse a hálózati kábelt éles szegélyekre vagy szögletekre.
► Ne törje meg és ne szorítsa be a hálózati kábelt.
► A veszélyek elkerülése érdekében a sérült hálózati csatlakozódugót
vagy vezetéket azonnal cseréltesse ki megfelelő jogosultsággal
rendelkező szakemberrel vagy az ügyfélszolgálattal.
► Mindig a csatlakozónál, ne pedig a vezetéknél fogva húzza ki a
készüléket, ha le szeretné választani az áramkörről. Egyéb esetben
megsérülhet a hálózati kábel.
Soha ne merítse a kézi egységet vízbe vagy más folyadékba!
Ilyen esetben áramütés miatt életveszély alakul ki, ha működés
közben folyadék kerül a feszültség alatt álló részekre.
FIGYELMEZTETÉS - SÉRÜLÉSVESZÉLY!
► A készüléket csökkent fi zikai, érzékszervi vagy szellemi képességű
vagy tapasztalattal és/vagy tudással nem rendelkező személyek
felügyelet mellett használhatják, vagy ha felvilágosították őket a
készülék biztonságos használatáról és megértették az ebből eredő
veszélyeket.
► A készüléket gyermekek nem használhatják.
► Gyermekek nem játszhatnak a készülékkel.
► A készüléket és csatlakozóvezetékét gyermekektől tartsa távol.

► A készüléket mindig válassza le a hálózatról, ha felügyelet nélkül
hagyja, valamint az összeszerelés, a szétszedés vagy tisztítás
előtt.
► Működés közben ne nyúljon a habverőhöz vagy a dagasztókarhoz.
Ne hagyja, hogy a készülék tartozékai fölé hosszú haj, sál vagy
hasonlók lógjanak.
► Ne próbáljon meg egyszerre különböző funkciójú tartozékokat
felszerelni.
► Minden használat után és minden tisztítás előtt húzza ki a hálózati
csatlakozót, hogy elkerülje a készülék véletlen bekapcsolódását.
► A tartozékok cseréje előtt mindig húzza ki a hálózati csatlakozót,
hogy elkerülje a készülék véletlen bekapcsolódását.
► A használat közben mozgó tartozékok vagy kiegészítők cseréje
előtt a készüléket ki kell kapcsolni és le kell választani a hálózatról.
► Soha ne nyúljon a készülék mozgó részeihez és mindig várja
meg, amíg a készülék teljesen leáll. Sérülésveszély!
► Minden használat előtt ellenőrizze a készülék és a készülék
részeinek látható sérüléseit. A készülék biztonsági rendszere csak

munkahelyiséget, húzza ki a hálózati csatlakozót a csatlakozóaljból.
► A készüléket csak a jelen használati útmutatóban leírt célokra
használja. Ellenkező esetben sérülés veszélye áll fenn!

Kicsomagolás
■ Vegye ki valamennyi alkatrészt a csomagból.
■ Távolítsa el valamennyi csomagolóanyagot és
a szállításhoz használt rögzítő elemet.
■ Ellenőrizze a csomag tartalmának teljességét és
sértetlenségét.
■ Tisztítson meg minden alkatrészt a „Tisztítás“
fejezetben leírtak szerint.
