Silex Technology 90148 Warning Statement

To whom it may concern:

In compliance with the FCC requirement to include an appropriate warning statement per section

15.247(b)(4), a statement will be included in our manual with regard to the radiated power of the
EtherWind. The following statement will be added to the EtherWind manual on page 13-1 in the
section that provides warnings to the user and will appear after the existing paragraph in that
section:

The radiated output power of EtherWind is far below the FCC radio frequency
exposure limits. Nevertheless, the EtherWind shall be used in such a manner
that the potential for human contact during normal operation is minimized.
