Instructions for Use
Charging the Power Bank
Note: It is recommended to fully charge the
Power Bank before initial use.
1. Unfold the AC plug and plug into a reliable
power outlet.
2. The LED power indicator blinks while
recharging the Power Bank. Refer to Table 1
on page 4 for battery level status.
3. When the Power Bank is fully charged, the
LED will be solid blue.
4. Disconnect the Power Bank from the power
outlet, it will power off automatically.
Charging your USB Device
Note: It is recommended to use your USB device's
original equipment USB charging cable.
Wall Charger
1. Unfold the AC plug and plug into a reliable
power outlet.
2. Connect your USB device to a USB charging
port using the USB device's USB charging
cable.

3. When the USB device is fully charged,
disconnect it and unplug the Wall Charger
from the power outlet.
Power Bank
1. To activate the Power Bank, shake it from
side to side. Verify the power LED indicator
is on before connecting your USB device.
2. Connect your USB device to a USB charging
port using the device's USB charging cable.
3. When the USB device is fully charged,
disconnect the USB charging cable from the
Power Bank and USB device. The Power Bank
will power off automatically.
Notice
• ALWAYS UNPLUG the Wall Charger from
the power outlet when not in-use
• DO NOT store or use the Power Bank in high
temperature, damp areas, or in direct
sunlight
• DO NOT open the case of the Wall Charger,
doing so will void the warranty
• Keep out of reach from children

having similar features and functionality) the product if defective in materials or
workmanship. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other

If you encounter any problems with this product, please follow the procedures below.
A) If it is within the store's return policy period, please return the product to the store
where you purchased from.
B) If your purchase has passed the store's return policy period, please follow the steps
below to have the product repaired or replaced.
Step 1: Submit your RMA request.
Go to www.siig.com, click Support, then REQUEST A PRODUCT REPLACEMENT
to submit a request to SIIG RMA or fax a request to 510-657-5962. Your RMA request
will be processed, if the product is determined to be defective, an RMA number will
be issued.
Step 2: After obtaining an RMA number, ship the product.
• Properly pack the product for shipping. All accessories that came with the
original package must be included.
• Clearly write your RMA number on the top of the returned package. SIIG will
refuse to accept any shipping package, and will not be responsible for a product
returned without an RMA number posted on the outside of the shipping
carton.
• You are responsible for the cost of shipping to SIIG. Ship the product to the
