Operating Instructions
Charging the Battery Using a Computer
1. Connect the Mini USB port of the supplied USB cable
to the INPUT (Mini USB port) of the Portable Battery
Charger-2400, see Figure 2 below.
2. Connect the USB type A plug of the supplied USB
charging cable to an available USB port of your
desktop or notebook computer (make sure the
system is turned on). Orange LED will turn on and
the charging process has begun, see Figure 4 below.
3. When the orange LED goes off and the green LED
displays, the Portable Battery Charger-2400 is now
fully charged.

Recharging Your Portable Devices
When your portable device is out of battery, you can
recharge with the Portable Battery Charger-2400 easily. Just
make sure the Portable Battery Charger-2400 is fully charged
before proceeding.
1. Connect the USB type A plug of the supplied USB
charging cable to the USB port OUTPUT (USB port)
of the Portable Battery Charger-2400.
2. Find the proper adapter tip (included or buy
separately) and connect to the Mini USB port of the
supplied USB charging cable. Then plug it to your
device. See Figure 5 below.
3. During charging, all LEDs will not display to save
power.
4. During the charging process if the red LED of the
Portable Battery Charger-2400 starts flashing, this
signals that the battery power runs low. When this
happens, stop charging your device and recharge
the Portable Battery Charger-2400 until it is fully
charged. Then repeat the above steps to complete
the device charging process.

Recharging your iPod and iPhone
When your iPod and iPhone is out of battery, you can
recharge it with the Portable Battery Charger-2400 easily.
Just make sure the Portable Battery Charger-2400 is fully
charged before proceeding.
1. Connect the Apple USB 2.0 charging cable (supplied
with iPhone/iPod) to your iPod or iPhone
2. Connect the USB type A plug of the Apple USB 2.0
charging cable to the OUTPUT (USB port) of the
Portable Battery Charger-2400. See Figure 6 below.
3. During charging, all LEDs will not display to save
power.
4. During the charging process if the red LED of the
Portable Battery Charger-2400 starts flashing, this
signals that the battery power runs low. When this
happens, stop charging your iPod or iPhone and
recharge the Portable Battery Charger-2400 until it is
fully charged. Then repeat the above steps to
complete the device charging process.

Step 1: Submit your RMA request.
Go to www.siig.com, click Support, then RMA to submit a
request to
defective, an RMA number will be issued.
Step 2: After obtaining an RMA number, ship the product.
• Properly pack the product for shipping. All accessories that came with
the original package must be included.
• Clearly write your RMA number on the top of the returned package. SIIG
will refuse to accept any shipping package, and will not be responsible
for a product returned without an RMA number posted on the outside of
the shipping carton.
• You are responsible for the cost of shipping. Ship the product to the

in the U.S. and International Economy outside of the U.S. at
