• On /Off button:
- For checking remaining battery level
Press once to turn the LED Power Indicator on for
displaying the battery level; LED Power Indicator
will go off after 15 seconds automatically.
- For charging devices
Press once to power on the power bank and start the
charging process; press twice quickly to turn off
the power bank and stop the charging process

- For using the LED light
Press and hold to turn on/off the light
• LED Power Indicator: Indicates the status
- Off: Power is off
- Running: The power is in recharging process
- Battery level indication: See Table 1

Instructions for use
Charging the Power Bank
Note: Fully charge the Power Bank before initial use.
Please use the included USB charging cable to recharge
the Power Bank.
1. Plug the Micro USB tip of included USB charging
cable into the Power Bank's Power-input port.
Then plug the other end of the included USB
charging cable into either a USB port of your
computer or your USB wall charger. See Figure 3.

2. The Power Bank's LED indicator will light up to
indicate the recharging process has begun.
3. When the Power Bank is fully charged, all the four
LED indicators will be lit. It takes approximately
5-6 hours to fully charge the Power Bank. The
actual recharging time varies depending on the
Power Bank's remaining battery level and/or the
external power source. See Table 2

Charging Devices
Note: It is recommended to use the device's original
equipment USB charging cable.
1. Plug the USB Type A tip of your device's USB
charging cable into the Power Bank's Power-output
port, then connect the other end of the charging
cable into the device.
2. Press the ON/ OFF botton once to start charging.
See Figure 4.

• Do not use the power bank to charge any device
while in recharging process
• In case the Power bank fails to charge, please check
the battery level and corrective connections.
• Perform full recharge maintenance to the Power
bank if the unit has not been used for more than 5
months to prolong the battery's life

SIIG offers a 1-year manufacturer warranty with this product. This warranty covers the
original purchaser and guarantees the product to be free of any defects in materials or
workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase of the product.
SIIG will, at our discretion, repair or replace (with an identical product or product
having similar features and functionality) the product if defective in materials or
workmanship. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other
rights which vary from state to state. Please see our web site for more warranty details.
If you encounter any problems with this product, please follow the procedures below.
A) If it is within the store's return policy period, please return the product to the store
where you purchased from.
B) If your purchase has passed the store's return policy period, please follow the steps
below to have the product repaired or replaced.
Step 1: Submit your RMA request.
Go to www.siig.com, click Support, then REQUEST A PRODUCT REPLACEMENT
to submit a request to SIIG RMA or fax a request to 510-657-5962. Your RMA request
will be processed, if the product is determined to be defective, an RMA number will
be issued.
Step 2: After obtaining an RMA number, ship the product.
• Properly pack the product for shipping. All accessories that came with the
original package must be included.
• Clearly write your RMA number on the top of the returned package. SIIG will
refuse to accept any shipping package, and will not be responsible for a product
returned without an RMA number posted on the outside of the shipping
carton.
• You are responsible for the cost of shipping to SIIG. Ship the product to the

International Economy outside of the U.S. at no cost to the customer.
