The RDE100. 1R FS consists of a wireless ro om thermo stat RDE100.1RF an d an RCR100RF receiver.
The units allo w you to set the ideal room temperatur e at the tim e y ou w ant.
There a re sever al switching patterns available that can b e set to meet y our individual needs .

Th e thermostat p rovides Comfort, Ec onomy
and autom atic mode. Changeover b etween
the operatin g m odes c an b e made m anu all y
by pressing Mode.

Comf ort mode i s the permanent (24 h)
selection of Comfort. Select this operating
m ode to m ai n tain C omfor t tem perat ure
permanently without any time switch. It is
used during occup anc y peri ods, for example.

Economy mode is the permanent (24 h)
selecti on of Economy. Select t his oper ating
m ode to maintain the Economy temperatu re
perman ent ly w ith out any time switch.
It is used during non-occ upancy periods
(e.g. at night).

AUTO

In Auto Timer m ode, the operating
m odes (Comfort , Economy ) are changed
autom atically accordi n g to t he time switch
setti ng s.

Note:
Frost pr otection is a function alw ays activ e

in the backgr oun d. As soon the room
temperat ure falls below 5 ºC, the unit

autom atic al ly activates heat ing

Energy saving tips without loss of

comfort

· Select Auto Tim er mode for the h eati ng perio d , and

set the tim e swit ch according to you r normal h abits at

home

· Select Economy or Holiday mode f or longer periods
of non-occu p anc y an d t he sum mer period

· Press Ok to confirm

· Press + or – to adjust the temperature

setpoint

· Press Ok to confirm

· Press + or – to set the number of days

for holidays (0 = Holiday mode Off)

· Press Ok to save the setting

· W hen Holiday mode is activated, the

remaining days are dis play ed

Note:

If you press Mode while Holida y mode is active,
the functi on is turned off and symbol

disappears.
If the Comfort and Economy setpoints are both
locked, the lowest lock ed setpoint is the Holiday
mode set point. You can adjust the setpoint from
5 ºC up to the lowest locked setpoint.

steps of 15 minut es thr oughout t he day. The
0:00 to 24:00 h our time bar allows you to set
the operating m ode for the selec ted day( s) .

When Auto Timer m ode is en abled,
changeover b etween the operating m odes is
automatic after t he sett ings ar e saved.

Proceed as f ollows:

1) Press S et and sel ect

2) Press Ok to confirm.

3) Time switch f or Mon (1) is d is play ed.

4) Press + or – to select the weekday,

from Mon (1) to Sun (7).

5) Press Ok to confirm the selection and
initiate time programming.

During programming:

6) Press Mode to sel ect t h e operating mode
(Comfort or Econom y) or

7) Press + or – t o set the time in steps of 15
min u tes f or the selected mode.

8) Press Ok to save the tim e switch.

9) Repeat steps 4-8 for all rem aini ng d ays ( if
required) or

10) Press Mode or wait for the program to exit
automatically.
