Dear customer: SICOR winches are built in conformity with EEC directive 89/392 and subsequent modifications. They are designed to conform to EN 292/1/2, and the EN81 standards which also apply. As a result, when used in accordance with the instructions in this manual and when all the machine's safety systems are kept in working order, SICOR winches offer no danger to the installer or the maintenance worker. This document attests that the safety systems were in working order when the machine was delivered, that this manual was included with the machine, and that the installer is responsible for following all the instructions contained herein. Per qualsiasi comunicazione con la SICOR o con i suoi centri di assistenza, in merito ad un argano, citare sempre il suo numero di matricola. Detto numero è indicato anche sul relativo "Manuale d'uso e manutenzione" (il presente).

§3 - GARANZIA §3 - WARRANTY

3.1-La garanzia, salvo diversi accordi convenuti al contratto, è regolamentata dalle seguenti clausole:

3.1a-La garanzia sui prodotti SICOR è conces-sa per la durata di anni UNO a decorrere dalla data del documento di spedizione. In detto periodo, la SICOR sostituirà gratuitamente qualsiasi componente riconosciuto difettoso.

3.1b-Un particolare può essere dichiarato difet-toso solamente se il difetto è riconosciuto dalla SICOR.

3.1c-I particolari in garanzia, da riparare o sostituire, devono essere fatti pervenire alla SICOR in porto franco.

3.1d-L’eventuale richiesta di intervento tecnico da parte del Cliente, deve essere inoltrata alla SICOR per iscritto. Le spese di manodopera, viaggio, vitto e alloggio restano a carico del Cliente.

3.2-La garanzia decade automaticamente quando si verifica una delle seguenti condizioni:

3.2.1-i particolari per i quali viene richiesto l’intervento, sono stati manomessi;

3.2.2-è stato effettuato un tipo di applicazione non autorizzata o concordata precedentemente per iscritto con la SICOR;

3.2.3-l’utilizzazione della macchina non è con-forme alle caratteristiche per la quale è stata realizzata e a ciò che è indicato sul catalogo tecnico e sul presente “Manuale d’uso e manutenzione”;

3.2.4-mancanza delle targhe e impossibilità di identificazione della macchina.

3.3-Non sono incluse nella garanzia le parti operative soggette a normale usura: guarnizioni dei freni, cuscinetti volventi – avvolgimenti elettrici.

3.4-La garanzia non prevede risarcimenti di eventuali trasporti o fermi macchina.

3.5-Procedure degli interventi in garanzia:

3.5.1-qualsiasi reclamo in garanzia deve essere segnalato alla SICOR entro 8 giorni dal verifi-carsi dell’anomalia, per iscritto o tramite fax;

3.5.2-la SICOR confermerà per iscritto o fax l’eventuale accettazione dell’intervento in ga-ranzia eseguito dal Cliente o provvederà per l’intervento dei suoi tecnici;

3.5.3-qualsiasi materiale difettoso sostituito a cura del Cliente deve rimanere a disposizione della SICOR per giorni 30 in modo che sia possibile effettuare le verifiche, oppure deve essere spedito alla SICOR su specifica richie-sta scritta della stessa;

3.5.4-in nessun caso saranno riconosciuti addebiti per riparazioni eseguite in garanzia che non siano state preventivamente autorizzate per iscritto dalla SICOR;

3.5.5-in ogni caso deve essere fornita l’intera documentazione fotografica dell’intervento eseguito; questo non solo ai fini documentativi ma anche per consentire alla SICOR di correg-gere e migliorare ulteriormente la qualità e l’affidabilità delle sue macchine;

3.1-Unless otherwise agreed upon in the sales contract, this warranty is governed by the following clauses:

3.1a-The warranty on SICOR products is valid for a period of ONE year from the date shown on the shipping papers. During the warranty period, SICOR component that has been recognized as defective.

3.1b-A component can be declared defective only if the relative defect has been recognized by SICOR.

3.1c-Components that are to be repaired or repla-ce under warranty must be sent to SICOR with all shipping and duty fees prepaid.

3.1d-Requests to SICOR for service calls must be made by the customer in writing. Labor, room and board, and travel costs must be paid for by the customer.

3.2-This warranty will automatically become null and void should any of the following circum-stances occur:

3.2.1-The component for which warranty service has been requested has tampered with.

3.2.2-The machine has been used in any application which was not previously authorized by or agreed upon with SICOR in writing.

3.2.3-The machine has been used in a way that does not conform to the specifications for which it has been built, as indicated in the technical manual and in this Operation And Maintenance Manual.

3.2.4-The identification plates are missing, or it is impossible to identify the machine.

3.3-Components subject to normal wear are not included in this warranty, such as: brake linings, bearings, electrical windings.

3.4-This warranty does not include compensation for shipping fees or down time.

3.5-Warranty claim procedure:

3.5.1-All warranty claims must be communicated to SICOR in writing ( or by fax ) within 8 days from the day that the relative problem occurs.

3.5.2-Sicor will confirm in writing or by fax any acceptance of proposed repairs to be executed by the customer and covered by the warranty or carried out by Sicor with their own technical personnel.

3.5.3-Any defective material replaced by the customer must remain at SICOR’s disposition for 30 days so that the necessary verification can be performed; or, the material must be shipped to SICOR when the company so requests in writing.

3.5.4-Absolutely no claims will be accepted for warranty repairs that were not previously authorized in writing by SICOR.

3.5.5-In any case, a complete photographic study of the executed repair operation must be supplied to SICOR. The purpose of this study is not only to record the repair procedure, but also to enable SICOR to correct the problem and improve the quality and reliability of its machines.

3.1-Sauf accords différents au moment du contrat, la garantie est réglementée par les clauses suivantes:

3.1a-La garantie sur les produits SICOR est valable pour la durée d'UN an à compter de la date du document d'expédition. Durant cette période, SICOR remplacera gratuitement toute pièce reconnue défectueuse.

3.1b-Une pièce ne peut être déclarée défectueuse, si le défaut n’est pas reconnu par SICOR.

3.1c-Les pièces en garantie, à réparer ou à remplacer, doivent parvenir à SICOR en port franc.

3.1d-La demande éventuelle, de la part du Client, d'une intervention technique doit être faite par écrit à SICOR. Les frais de main d'œuvre, de voyage, de gîte et de couvert sont à la charge du Client.

3.2–La garantie cesse automatiquement dans les cas suivants:

3.2.1-Les pièces pour lesquelles l’intervention est demandée, ont été altérées.

3.2.2-un type d'application non autorisé ou non décidé précédemment par écrit avec SICOR, a été effectué.

3.2.3-l'utilisation de la machine n'est pas conforme aux caractéristiques pour lesquelles elle a été réalisée et à ce qui est indiqué sur le catalogue technique et sur le présent "Manuel d'utilisation et d’entretien”.

3.2.4-absence des plaques et impossibilité d'identifier la machine.

3.3-Les pièces opérationnelles sujettes à une usure normale: garnitures des freins, roulements, bobinages électriques, ne sont pas incluses dans la garantie.

3.4-La garantie ne prévoit pas de dédommagement pour des transports éventuels ou l’arrêt de la machine.

3.5-Procédures pour interventions en garantie:

3.5.1-Toute réclamation en garantie doit être signalée, par écrit ou par fax, à SICOR dans un délai de 8 jours après avoir constaté l'anomalie.

3.5.2-SICOR confirmera par écrit ou par fax l'acceptation éventuelle de l’intervention en garantie effectuée par le Client ou fera en sorte de faire intervenir ses propres techniciens.

3.5.3- tout matériau défectueux remplacé par le Client doit rester à disposition de SICOR pendant 30 jours afin que celle-ci puisse effectuer les vérifications nécessaires ou bien doit être expédié à SICOR sur demande spécifique écrite de celle-ci.

3.5.4-En aucun cas on ne pourra reconnaître d'avoirs pour des réparations effectuées en garantie si elles n'ont pas été autorisées au préalable par écrit par SICOR.

3.5.5-Toute la documentation photographique de l'intervention effectuée doit être fournie dans tous les cas; non seulement dans un but documentaire mais aussi pour permettre à SICOR de corriger ou d'améliorer ultérieurement la qualité et la fiabilité de ses machines.

3.5.6-SICOR peut demander la restitution du matériel défectueux pour vérifier les causes de l’anomalie. Si SICOR ne reçoit pas le matériel défecteux dans les 30 jours à compter de la demande, le matériel en remplacement sera facturé.

3.1-Die Garantie wird – außer im Falle abweichender und im Vertrag enthaltender Vereinbarungen – durch folgende Klausel geregelt:

3.1a-Die Garantie für SICOR – Produkte hat eine Laufzeit von EINEM Jahr, ab dem Datum auf den Versandpapieren. In diesem Zeitraum ersetzt die SICOR kostenlos jedes Einzelteil, daß als fehlerhaft anerkannt wird.

3.1b-Ein Einzelteil gilt nur dann als fehlerhaft, wenn der Fehler von der SICOR anerkannt wird.

3.1c-Die unter die Garantie fallenden Einzelteile, die zu reparieren oder zu ersetzen sind, müssen der SICOR frachtfrei zugesandt werden.

3.1d-Wünscht der Kunde eine Kundendienstleistung, so muß er dies der SICOR schriftlic mitteilen. Die Kosten für Arbeitslohn, Reise, Unterkunft und Verpflegung hat der Kunde zu tragen.

3.2-Die Garantie verfällt automatisch, wenn sic einer der folgende Zustände ergibt:

3.2.1-Die Einzelteile, für welche die Leistung gefordert wird, wurden manipuliert;

3.2.2-bei einer nicht zulässigen oder nicht zuvo mit SICOR schriftlich vereinbarten Art der Anwendung;

3.2.3-der Gebrauch der Maschine entspricht nicht der Bestimmung, für welche sie hergestellt wurde und den im technischen Katalog und in der vorliegenden “Bedienungs- und Wartungsanleitung” angeführten Hinweise;

3.2.4-Fehlen der Typenschilder und Unmöglichkeit, die Maschine zu identifizieren.

3.3-Nicht von der Garantie gedeckt sind Betriebsteile, die einem normalen Verschleiß unterliegen, wie Bremsbeläge, Wälzlager und elektrische Wicklungen.

3.4-Die Garantie sieht keine Entschädigungen fü eventuelle Transportkosten ode Maschinenstillstandszeiten vor.

3.5-Vorgehensweise bei Garantieansprüchen:

3.5.1-Jegliche Reklamation unter Bezugnahme au die Garantie muß der SICOR binnen 8 Tagen ab Eintreten der Störung schriftlich oder per Fax mitgeteilt werden.

3.5.2-Die SICOR wird dann schriftlich oder pe Fax mitteilen, ob sie dem vom Kunden durchzuführenden Garantieeingriff zustimmt ode mit ihren eigenen Fachleuten die entsprechenden Maßnahmen durchführen wird.

3.5.3-Jedes fehlerhafte Material, das vom Kunde ausgewechselt wird, muß für die SICOR 30 Tage lang zur Verfügung stehen, so daß diese die notwendigen Überprüfungen vornehmen kann, oder es muß ihr auf spezifische schriftliche Anfrage hin zugesandt werden.

3.5.4-Es werden auf keinen Fall Belastungen für in der Garantiezeit durchgefürte Reparature anerkannt, die nicht zuvor schriftlich von der SICOR genehmigt worden sind.

3.5.5-Die gesamte fotografische Dokumentatio des durchgeführten Eingriffes muss der SICO auf jeden Fall geliefert werden, und zwar nicht nur aus Dokumentationszwecken, sondern auch um es der SICOR zu ermöglichen, die Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit ihrer Maschinen weiter zu verbessern.

3.1-La garantía, salvo diferentes acuerdos convenidos en el contrato, está reglamentada por las siguientes cláusulas:

3.1a-La garantía sobre los productos SICOR h sido concedida por una duración de UN año a partir de la fecha del documento de expedición. En dicho período, SICOR sustituirá gratuitamente cualquier componente reconocido defectuoso.

3.1b-Una pieza puede ser declarada defectuo-sa solamente si el defecto ha sido reconocido por SICOR.

3.1c-Las piezas en garantía, para reparar o sustituir, deben ser enviadas a SICOR en puerto franco.

3.1d-El eventual pedido de intervención técnica por parte del Cliente, debe hacerse por escrito a SICOR. Los gastos de mano de obra, viaje, comidas y alojamiento quedan a cargo del Cliente.

3.2-La garantía caduca automáticamente cuando se verifica cualquiera de las siguientes condiciones:

3.2.1-las piezas por las cuales se requiere la intervención han sido dañadas.

3.2.2-ha sido efectuado un tipo de aplicación no autorizada o concordada precedentemente por escrito con SICOR.

3.2.3-la utilización de la máquina no corresponde a las características para las cuales ha sido realizada y a lo que está indicado en el catálogo técnico y en el presente "Manual de uso y manutención".

3.2.4-falta de las placas e imposibilidad de identificación de la máquina.

3.3-No están incluídas en la garantía las partes operativas sujetas a normal desgaste: guarniciones de los frenos, cojinetes rodantes, bobinados eléctricos.

3.4-La garantía no prevé indemnizaciones por eventuales transportes o paradas de la máquina.

3.5-Procedimientos de las intervenciones en garantía:

3.5.1-cualquier reclamo en garantía debe ser señalado a SICOR, antes de que pasen 8 días de la verificación de la anomalía, por escrito o mediante fax.

3.5.2-SICOR confirmará por escrito o fax la eventual aceptación de la intervención en garantía realizada por el Cliente o proveerá a la intervención de sus técnicos.

3.5.3-cualquier material defectuoso sustituido por el Cliente debe quedar a disposición de SICOR por 30 días, de modo que sea posible efectuar las necesarias verificaciones o bien, debe ser expedido a SICOR a específica petición escrita de la misma.

3.5.4-en ningún caso serán reconocidos débitos por reparaciones hechas en garantía que no hayan sido previamente autorizadas por escrito por la SICOR.

3.5.5-en cualquier caso debe ser suministrada toda la documentación fotográfica de la intervención; esto no sólo con la finalidad de documentarlo sino para permitir a SICOR poder corregir y mejorar la calidad y la precisión de sus máquinas.

3.5.6-Sicor tiene derecho a pedir la devolu-ción del material dañado a fin de inspeccionar las causas de la anomalía. En caso de no llegar el material a SICOR en los 30 días siguientes a la solicitud, el material mandado en sustitución irá a cargo del Cliente.

L’argano può essere spedito dall SICOR in cassa, o su bancale avvolto da cellophane.

In ogni caso al ricevimento dell’argano controllare che:

-l’imballaggio sia integro;

Les treuils peuvent être expédiés sur

alettes ou en caisses. En tous cas, à la réception du treuil contrôler que:

- l'emballage est intact

- la fourniture correspond à la description détaillée (voir bordereau de livraison ou liste de colisage)

- qu'il n'y a pas de dommages visibles sur le treuil ou sur ses ac cessoires.

En cas de dommages ou de pièces manquantes, informer immédiatement, et en détail, SICOR ou son agent ou bien le transporteur.

Les pièces détachées ou l'outillage fourni avec la machine, sont emballés dans des boîtes séparées, quand c'est nécessaire.

SOLLEVAMENTO Per spostare l'argano (vedi anche

§7 - Trasporto) usare in sospensione il golfare del riduttore, oppure con un carrello elevatore a forche di portata adeguata, sollevare l’argano al massimo 30 cm da terra e movimentarlo lentamente. In ogni caso vengono chiaramente identificati i punti di ancoraggio per il sollevamento mediante l’apposizione del seguente segnale nero su sfondo giallo

Before the winch is installed, the customer must make sure that the floor slab, support systems for mo-ving loads and for the winch itself offer the required safety factors. Also, the customer MUST respect the distance from walls or other machines that is specified in the directives or standards which apply in the country where the winch is installed.

LIFTING THE WINCH To move the winch (see also §7

- Moving the winch), connect a suspension-type lifting system to the eyebolt on the reduction unit, or use a forklift of adequate capacity. Lift the winch a maximum of 30cm off the floor, and move the winch slowly. In any case the anchorage points for lifting the winch will be clearly identified by the apposition of the following black sign with yellow background.

El encargado del mantenimiento o el instalador deben conocer los peligros asociados a la máquina y deben haber leído y comprendido las instrucciones de seguridad contenidas en este manual.

Antes de la instalación de la máquina, el Cliente debe verificar que la losa, las estructuras de sostén de las cargas y de la máquina misma, ofrezcan los coeficientes de seguridad requeridos. El Cliente DEBE, además, respetar la distancia de las paredes o de otras máquinas, según las directivas o normas del País donde la máquina se instale.

SOULÈVEMENT Pour déplacer le treuil (voir également §7 - Transport) utiliser en sus-

ension l'anneau de manœuvre du réducteur et un collier non métallique autour du moteur, ou bien un chariot élévateur à fourches, de

ortée adéquate, (voir caractéristiques techniques) soulever le treuil à 30 cm maximum du sol et le déplacer lentement. En tout cas les points d'ancrage pour le soulèvement du treuil sont clairement identifiés par le signal noir sur fond jaune.

HEBEN Um die Winde zu versetzen (siehe auch §7 - Transport) zum Aufhängen die vorhandene Transportöse des Getriebes oder einen Gabelstapler mit ausreichender Tragkraft verwenden. Die Winde maximal 30 cm vom Boden abheben und langsam bewegen. Die Verankerungsstellen zum Abheben der Winde sind auf jeden Fall durch das folgendes schwarze Zeichen auf gelbem Hintergrund deutlich identifizierbar.
