SW 6090 CDA Conference
Display Application
Description
The SW 6090 CDA Conference Display Application (CDA) is an application in
SW 6000 Conference Management Software used to present dynamic conference content. The CDA is presented for individuals or large groups of people on
screen projectors, computer monitors, or high-definition displays.
The CDA application is used to display relevant conference information, such
as:
• Voting results
• Agenda
• Mimic (room layout) information
• Microphone status of the delegates:
◦ Speakers list
◦ Speech-time information
◦ Request list
◦ Reply list
• Attendance information
• Messaging before and after the conference
Screen content can be changed manually by a technician or chairman using
the CUA Conference User Application or automatically controlled by conference
events like starting or stopping a voting session.
Multiple CDA's can be installed on one or more PC. Each CDA in a system can
be configured individually. The use of CDA is licensed as part of the SW 6000
Software License. The CDA can be installed at as many PC’s as needed, but
only the licensed number can run simultaneously.
