Mounting The Head Shells

Cartridge Compatibility

•The Shure MCC Cartridge Carry Case is compatible with head shells and integrated cartridges featuring a standard lift arm angle, such as a standard Technics or Vestax head shell.

•The Shure MCC Cartridge Carry Case is not compatible with integrated cartridges featuring an elevated lift arm such as the Ortofon Concorde, the Stanton Trackmaster, or the Numark Phat Track.

Precautions During Air Travel

•Pressure changes during air travel can create a vac-

uum seal of the case. If this occurs, gently pry the case open using a coin or other flat surface.

•To prevent vacuum seals from occurring, place the

attached carrying cord inside the case before closing and leave the left clasp open.
