GOOSENECK MICROPHONE ARCHITECT AND ENGINEER SPECIFICATIONS
The gooseneck microphone shall be a condenser gooseneck microphone with a cardioid polar pattern in
the DDS 5900 System. The small-diameter gooseneck design microphone shall permit highly flexible
positioning while maintaining a professional appearance.
The microphone LED shall indicate whether the microphone is on or off. The LED shall illuminate red to
indicate the microphone is on and transmitting audio. The microphone shall have a gooseneck towards
the bottom of the microphone.
The microphone shall provide a 3-pin male XLR connector type. The microphone unit shall have a
frequency response of 30 H z - 18 kHz, with a sensitivity of -52 +/- 3dB (0dB = 1V/1Pa, 1 kHz), and a
maximum input sound level 110 dB SPL, 1 kHz at 3% T HD . The microphone shall be 50 cm in length.
The gooseneck microphone shall be a DIS GM 5924.
