This instruction is providing users with the detailed information of about the application, installation and maintenance of our meat slicers so as to make them work better.
This machine uses waterproof touch button switch and made great adjustments on mechanical motion. The circuit is multiply protected. When the power goes off, the machine will stop working and only repress the switch can the machine restart. The motor will stop automatically when the temperature exceeds the one permitted caused by working over time. All protective devices of the machine are designed to protect the users’ safety utmost.
This product is mainly used for processing frozen meat, flour products, sausage, and luncheon meat and so on. It is for commercial use and widely used in places such as meat-packing plant, restaurants, hotels and supermarkets and so on.
Installation and Appliance(安装,使用)
1. Before using, check the local supply voltage first to see whether it coincides with
the voltage marked on the nameplate.
2. Unpack and set the machine on stable worktable. Keep the machine away from
moisture. It should be plugged in plugs with earth leakage protection.
3. Adjust the scale knob; choose the thickness that the meat is going to be cut.
4. Lift the meat press block and set the food on the food tray. Loose the knob of the
clamping box, and press meat slightly with the T bar. Then let down the meat press block and press the switch button of the blade motor and the reciprocating motor.
5. After using the machine, turn the scale knob back to the 0 position.
6. Means to disassemble the blade: loose the protection bar at the back of the
machine and remove the blade protection plate. Only unscrew the screws on the blade can one remove the blade. As for the installation means of the blade, please refer to the above means to disassemble the blade. (Attention: the blade is sharp, be careful when installing and disassembling.)
