switch your shoX slamjam box on (7). the sub woofer led’s will light up... party time! the led display (12) will tell you which mode you are in. if it says “blue”, then you can go ahead with pairing with your device. if the led displays a different mode, then press the mode button (3) until the display shows “blue”. make sure your shoX slamjam and the device are within 1 metre of each other.
iphones & ipads
• go to general menu, then Bluetooth and swipe to the “on” position
• shoX slamjam will become discoverable
• tap on “shoX slamjam” to connect
other cellphones & tablets
• turn your Bluetooth on and search for “shoX slamjam”
• if you’re prompted for a password, enter “0000”
• check your Bluetooth device list & connect with shoX slamjam”

• if you’re prompted for a password, enter “0000”
• check your Bluetooth device list & connect with your shoX slamjam
pc or notebooks
• activate your Bluetooth connectivity and “search new device”
• once “shoX slamjam” has become discoverable, click on it to connect
• if a password is required, enter “0000”
apple macs
• turn your Bluetooth on and scroll down to “set up Bluetooth device”
• click on “shoX slamjam” and continue
• if you’re asked for a password, enter “0000”
• now open system preferences and click “sound”
• click the output tab and select shoX slamjam”
• click the input tab and select shoX slamjam”

• fm radio
press the mode button (3) until the led display shows a radio frequency number. use the “previous track” (4) and “next track” (5) buttons to change radio stations. hold down the “play/pause” button (6) for 2 seconds to automatically search radio stations.
• usb port
play music directly from a usb device by plugging it into the usb port (1). use the mode button (3) to select it. then use the “previous track” (4), “next track” (5) and “play/pause” (6) buttons to control your music. supports mp3 and wav music formats.
• tf/micro sd port
play music directly from a micro SD card by plugging it into the micro sd port (2). use the mode button (3) to select it. then use the “previous track” (4), “next track” (5) and “play/pause” (6) buttons to control your music. supports mp3 and wav music formats.
• mode
press the mode button (3) to switch between wireless connection, micro-SD card, usb, aux-in or fm radio.
• aux port
to connect a device (phone, laptop etc) with a 3,5mm jack connection to your shoX slamjam, connect one end of the 3,5mm jack cord (included) to the aux port (9) and the other end to your device.
• volume control
ok, you know this already... turn the volume control dial (10) towards “v-” to reduce the sound volume. turn towards “v+” to increase the sound volume.
• charging
if you notice your shoX slamjam is running low on power, then it’s time to recharge the built-in battery. your shoX slamjam will take 3 hours to charge if it is fully flat. plug the small end of the mini usb cable (included) into the “DC 5V charging port”(9) and the other end into a powered-up computer usb port or a usb adapter (not included). the charging led (11) will glow red when the built-in battery is recharging.
