1. let’s get ready to rumble
(turning on your shoX panther + button control)
alright, let’s get this baby up and running. to turn your
shoX panther on, open up the flap at the back and just
flick the switch to the “on” position. you should hear shoX
panther’s sweet start-up tone letting you know you’re all
set and ready to go.
now let’s get to know these trendy track control buttons:
play or pause those sweet beats
skip to the next track
return to the previous track (not available in aux mode)
press this to enter Bluetooth pairing mode
press this to take a hands-free call (not available in aux
mode)
turn it up
tone it down
2. blinky lights

ok, before we start, let’s take a look at the blinky lights
• is flashing blue – you’re ready to connect to pure
Bluetooth bliss
• stops flashing blue – you’ve just heard the sweet tone
of successful pairing from your shoX panther. press
and hold the Bluetooth button for 2 seconds to
disconnect
• is orange – you’re in “power up” mode (charging your
shoX panther)
the silky smooth sound of the shoX panther is just about
to hit your ears…
3. hook a brother up
(pairing different devices)
first things first, switch the shoX panther to “on” and
boom - Bluetooth mode engaged. the blinky light ( ) will
be flashing. make sure your device and your shoX
panther are within 1 metre of each other
iphones & ipads
• go to general -> bluetooth & gracefully swipe it to the
“on” position
• shoX panther will become discoverable, touch to
connect
• is the blinky light thingy glowing blue? houston, we
have lift off!
other cellphones & tablets
• turn your Bluetooth on and search for “shoX panther”
• if you’re prompted for a password, enter “0000”
• check your Bluetooth device list & connect with your
shoX panther

• when the blinky light glows blue, sit back like a boss!
pc or notebooks*
• activate your Bluetooth connectivity and “search new
device”
• once shoX panther has become discoverable, click on
it to connect
• if a password is required, enter “0000”
• is the blinky light glowing blue? it is? sweet success!
*may not work with all pc’s and notebooks. connection
depends on chip sets & Bluetooth drivers installed
macs
• turn your Bluetooth on and scroll down to “set up
Bluetooth device”
• click on “shoX panther” and continue
• if you’re asked for a password, use the always famous
password of “0000”
• now open system preferences and click “sound”
• click the output tab and select shoX panther
• click the input tab and select shoX panther
• so the blinky light stopped flashing blue? well
done! your Bluetooth pairing was successful
note: once you have successfully paired a device, shoX
panther’s intuitive machine brain will remember this
device and you won’t have to pair the device again, nifty.
to pair your shoX panther with another device, turn off the
Bluetooth on your current device and begin the pairing
process with the new device
4. get wired
(using the 3.5mm aux cable)
to link a device using the 3.5mm auxiliary cable just switch
your shoX panther on, plug one end of the aux cable into your
device and the other end into your shoX panther. your shoX
panther’s intuitive brain will automatically switch to “get wired”
mode.
5. look ma, no hands
(using shoX panther as a hands-free device)
if one of your “peeps” drops you a line your music will
fade out and your ringtone will play, simply press the call
button to accept the call or press and hold the call button
to reject the call.
6. power up
(charging your shoX panther)
the volume of your shoX panther will start to decrease
when you have low battery. use the usb cable supplied to
connect your shoX panther to a powered-up computer or
other device wiht a usb port. the blinky light ( ) will glow
orange while charging. don’t be alarmed when the light
stops glowing, it’s supposed to do that when fully
charged.
