Riser Kit for Pontoon Bunk Saddles

(8 risers per kit)

This kit contains 8 sections of 2x3 rectangular tubing

The TA0135-00 galvanized and TA0135-03 painted
black riser kits are designed to raise the pontoon
support bunks up 2” higher when installing a tritoon
pontoon boat on the trailer. This is necessary on
certain brand tritoon boats because the center tritoon
tube is mounted lower than the outer pontoons.

the trailer frame. This kit ts all models of pontoon

trailers that have a total of 8 bunk supports. It comes
complete with the tube section plus the mounting
hardware.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Remove all items and sort by size.1.
Remove the bolts securing the bunk 2.
support brackets to the trailer frame on one
pair of the carpeted bunks. These bolts will
not be used again when installing the riser
tubes.
Place the riser tubes between the trailer 3.
frame and the bunk support brackets on the
bunks being raised.
Align the appropriate hole in the bunk 4.
support brackets with the hole in the riser
tubes and the frame.
Place a at washer on a 3/8” x 3 ¼” 5.
hex bolt. Drop the bolt down through

the aligned holes. Place on a second at
washer and a ange lock nut. Repeat this

process on all of the bunk support brackets
attached to the length of bunks you are
raising.
Once all bolts have been inserted, tighten 6.
securely.
Repeat the above process on the remaining 7.
bunk support brackets until all of them
have a riser mounted between the bracket
and the trailer frame.
Assembly is complete. 8.
