Rear Roller Assembly - 6” Rollers

TA0035-00 REAR ROLLER ASSEMBLY – 6” ROLLERS

The TA0035-00 rear roller assembly is the rear roller assembly for the SLR83TAL 8,300 lb. capacity trailer. The TA0035-00 is the rear roller assembly for just one side of the trailer. The same rear roller assembly can be used on either side of the trailer. Two assemblies are required to make up the complete roller system for a trailer. The rollers on the assembly are the patented molded 6”cushion ShoreLand’r roller.

Installation Instructions

Remove the existing bunk or roller system from the trailer rear cross member. Place the roller arm into the existing mounting brackets supplied with the trailer. Align the center hole in the roller arm with the hole in the mounting bracket, then secure in place using a ½” x 4 ½” hex bolt supplied with the TA0035-00 kit. Secure in place with a ½” ﬂange lock nut.

Place one of the roller systems onto one end of the mounting arm just attached. Align the holes and secure to the mounting arm with another ½” x 4 ½” hex bolt and ﬂange lock nut. Repeat this process on the roller system on the other end of the mounting bracket.

Tighten all bolts at this time. Assembly is complete.
