FINAL ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Remove the hardware bag from the frame, remove parts and sort by size.
RB SERIES
The RB bunk system comes pre-assembled from the factory. Break the bundle and center one of the RB bunk systems on the rear pivot cross member of the frame. Locate two ½” x 3 9/16” x 3 7/8” U-bolts. Slide a U-bolt up around the rear pivot cross member, align the legs of the U-bolt with the holes in the mounting plate of the RB bunk support tube. Insert the U-bolt through the holes and secure with ½” flange lock nuts. Repeat on the second U-bolt. Tighten the lock nuts only enough to hold in position. They will have to be readjusted when the boat is placed on the trailer.
The short stabilizer bunk is installed to the adjustable bunk bracket on the front cross member with a 3/8” x 1” hex bolt and lock nut. (See Diagram A, Detail B.)
Repeat the above process on the bunk on the other side of the trailer.
