FINAL ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Remove the hardware bag from the frame, remove parts and sort
by size.
B-SERIES BUNK ASSEMBLY
(See Diagram A, Detail C)
Locate two of the bunk support pivots and place one on each end of
one of the bunk equalizer arms attached to the rear cross member.
Position so the concave in the bunk support pivot is downward as
shown in Detail C, then align the holes in the bunk support pivot
with those in the equalizer arm.

Secure the U-bolt in place by sliding a spacer bushing on one leg
of the U-bolt, then a ½” flat washer and ½” flange lock nut. Repeat
on the other leg of the U-bolt. Repeat on the other U-bolt on the
opposite end of the equalizer arm. Tighten the nut until it is securely
against the spacer and flat washer.
Place the front end of the bunk into the bunk bracket on the top
of the adjustable bunk bracket located on the front cross member.
Secure the bunk in the bracket using two No. 10 screws.
