Please ensure HOLD switch
” into
” position before use.
When switching on the MP3 Player, the player will initialize without display for about six seconds. EQ selection doesn’t have much effect when playing WMA format music. A-B clipping function is not supported when playing WAV format file. The player cannot identify MP3 format above third layer. Remove batteries when the player is left unused for a long period of time. Do not leave the player in a place subject to moisture with temperature higher
than 35℃ or lower than –5 ℃ Do not use the earphones while driving an automobile or riding a bicycle, it’s not
only dangerous, but also against the law. Avoid turning up the volume of the earphones while walking down the street, especially crossing at intersections. Do not turn up the volume too high, doctors warn against prolonged exposure to high volume. Stop using the device or decrease volume if you have ringing sound i n your ears. Follow local guidelines for waste disposal when discarding packages, batteries and old electronic appliances.

8. LOCK/UNLOCK
When player is used as a USB disk, this key is used as a lock/unlock switch (for write
protection). Under MP3 player mode, it is used as a Hold On / hold Off switch.

In hold mode, pressing any buttons will have no reaction, and “
” will display on the LCD display. You must put the Hold switch into the position to ent er “Hold Off” mode before you plug the device directly into the PC USB port.
Before disconnecting the player from PC, please ensure data transfer is over. Else
you will lose any unsaved the data!

2. USB-DISK OPERATION
Plug the flat USB end of the USB cable to the PC’s USB slot.
Plug the square end of the USB cable into the player; Or you may plug the device
directly into the PC USB port.
For Windows 98, a message “New hardware founded” will pop out for the
installation of USB driver.
Method 2: To install the USB driver by running SETUP.EXE automatically This player will automatically enter the USB mode after a connection with PC (Notice: do
not connect with PC while playing), the system will display:
When data is transmitted between PC and the player, the system will prompt automatically as follow, which indicates that the current status is transmitting, and at that time, any other operations are forbidden in the player.
There are two methods for installing the driver:
