PACKAGE CONTENTS
INTRODUCTION
The SB-3691 is the professional 2x1 HDMI™ PiP PoP Selector Switch Scaler. Supporting two(2) HDMI™ inputs
and one(1) HDMI™ output with Picture in Picture(PiP) and Picture of Picture(PoP) features that can be easily
configured and controlled. Support video resolution up to 1080p with a signal bandwidth of 165MHz
and data rate up to 4.95Gbps with no signal degradation. The SB-3691 is HDMI™ 1.3 and HDCP 1.2
compliant, with CE and FCC certifications. Zoom management can be selected between 5 modes. Input
resolutions can be scaled up to 1080p or down to 480p. Support menu for controlling brightness, contrast
and saturation. Control is provided via front panel buttons, RS-232 or wireless IR remote control (included).

To Enable the PiP option on a specific Output, perform the follow steps:
- Press the PiP button, The Screen will return to PiP mode status.
- Press the PiP button again, To select the PiP four modes.
- Press the ZOOM button repeatedly, PiP picture will reduce screen size from 1 thru 5.
- Press the A or B button,To setup the A,B position source. (the button will illuminate).
The new configuration will be stored.

Connect a serial cable to the RS 232 port for control of the converter or update the firmware via a computer. * Firmware procedure is included in a separate document
and utilizes the pin marked “P”.

Before making any connections to the scaler, observe the following:
> Ensure the mains voltage supply matches the label on the supplied plug-

SHINYBOW Technology warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Should this product, in SHINYBOW Technology's opinion, prove defective within this warranty period, SHINYBOW Technology, at its option, will repair this product without charge, to whatever extent it shall deem necessary to restore the product to proper operation condition. This does not extend the warranty period. This warranty does not apply if the fault has been caused by misuse, improper handling care, electrical or mechanical abuse, and abnormal operating condition or non-SHINYBOW Technology authorized modification to the product.
