< Assembly >
1. Place the plate axle washer onto the plate axle as
far as it will go, and then install the outer plate. After this, install the plate axle collar.
3. Set the guide pulley and tension pulley in place,
install the inner plate, and lastly install the E-ring.
2. Place the end of the plate tension spring into

< Disassembly >
1. First remove the E-ring, then use a 3 mm Allen key to remove the inner
plate, and then remove the pulley.
2. First remove the plate stopper pin, and then turn the plate unit
counterclockwise to loosen the spring tension.
3. Use a 5 mm Allen key to remove the outer plate.
Also refer to the instructions supplied with the original product.

When installing and removing the plate and the plate unit, be careful to avoid injury such as getting your fingers caught by the strong reaction force of the plate tension spring.
Tightening torque:
9 - 11 N·m
{78 - 96 in. lbs.}
Tightening torque:
1 N·m
{8.7 in. lbs.}
Tightening torque:
2.45 - 4.9 N·m
{21 - 43 in. lbs.}
