5. CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION
The basis for the construction of the power conversion electronics przecinrki are made in IGBT technology for working in the frequency range above
200 kHz.
The principle consists of a single-phase rectified voltage to the power supply voltage, conversion of the resulting DC voltage to a square
wave high frequency voltage transformation in the range required by the cutting process and re-erection of the resulting voltage on the DC voltage.

10. AIR PLASMA CUTTING
10.1. Preparing for operation
Connect the device to a source of compressed air. The air should be dry and free of oil. (If the air from the compressor contains oil or water system
must be provided with an additional air dryer and air filter). Set the correct air pressure. Connect the mass element to be cut. Plug the device into a
power outlet 3x400V 50Hz.
10.2. Setting the cutting parameters
Knob (3) to the desired value of the cutting current.
10.3. Initiation and maintenance of the arc cutting
Devices CUTTER CUTTER 90 and 110 can be controlled in the mode or dwutaktu czterotaktu. To ignite the arc mode dwutaktu must approach the
workpiece holder and depending on the thickness of the cut material lightly touching it or keeping it at a distance of approx. 2 mm switch button on the
handle. Arc ignition occurs between the electrode and the nozzle holder, while the air valve is opened, which will blow out outside the nozzle pilot arc.
When the nozzle is in contact with or at a suitable distance from the element to be cut will be the main arc ignition, and thus the cutting process begins,
which lasts until the release button on the handle.
In this mode czterotaktu arc initiation takes place in the same way as dwutaktu mode, but the arc is struck, you can release the button on the handle
and cut the lead slow button. To complete the cut again and press the release button on the handle.
WARNING !! Do not turn on the button at a distance greater than 2 mm from the material to be cut. If the arc does not zajarzy within 2
seconds, release the button. Starting ionizer for more than 2 seconds may cause damage to the ionizer !!
In order to avoid interference arcing during cutting moving the holder relative to the material should be uniform and the nozzle holder should be placed
perpendicular to the cut, at a constant distance therefrom. In case of interruption arcing during cutting, release and then press the button on the handle,
it will re-ignition pilot arc. Correct evaluation of cutting speeds seems to be based on the evaluation angle at which the cutting material is ejected on the
side of its lower edge, and based on the observation of the material flow, and the cut face. The best cutting results are obtained using the maximum
allowable speed. In the case where the cutting speed is too high, the flow is not able sufficient to melt metal and to throw it on the outside part of the cut, allowable speed. In the case where the cutting speed is too high, the flow is not able sufficient to melt metal and to throw it on the outside part of the cut, allowable speed. In the case where the cutting speed is too high, the flow is not able sufficient to melt metal and to throw it on the outside part of the cut,
which may result in referral parts st opionego metal to the die, and thus lead to serious damage.
When cutting thin metal sheets cutting and aluminum should start slowly to properly penetrate the material. The cutting speed may be increased
penetration of the arc of the lower edge of the cut material.
During normal operation, the handle should be a distance of 0 to 2 mm.
We do not recommend pilot arc with no intention of cutting, as it causes unnecessary wear on the electrode and nozzle.
7
In the case of solar flares arc or when the flame will be green or arc will be heard any unusual noise, immediately turn off the machine and check the
condition of wearing parts. Cutting can be interrupted by releasing the holder or by the sudden lifting the handle on the material. After releasing the
button on the handle will immediately extinguish the arc, and after a few seconds off the flow of compressed air. The delay in turn off the flow of
compressed air has to cool the heated components of the handle.
11. Before calling service,
In the event of malfunction of the unit, before sending the cutting for service, check the list of basic failure
and try to remove them yourself.
Repair work may only be carried out after removing the plug from the wall socket.
