Open “JUMP ER Healt h” APP, comple te the use r regist ratio n, and log in as
instructed. Enter your n ickna me, gend er, date of bir th and h eight as instructed.
After p airin g the sca le, you ca n check the meas ured dat a via the “JUM PER Health”
App.
Person al infor matio n is used to a nalyze your body compo sitio n. To ensure the
accur acy of the r esults , please e nter accurate personal infor matio n.

Weighing and Measuring Body Fat

Place th e scale o n a hard, f lat fl oor.
Please b e barefo ot as shown in the fi gure.E nsure feet to touch t he four electr odes
during measurement.
Stand on the sca le sur face to measure yo ur weight and body f at.The measu rement i s
compl eted whe n the value on the LED s creen f lashi ng, then t he measured dat a will be
displaye d on the A PP.
The body compo sition data provided by this scale is only f or reference and does not
constitute medical advice.

Weighing Items

Press th e scale a nd do not measure we ight until the sc ale tur ns on and returns to
zero. Mov ing or bum ping the scale may affec t the accuracy, in which ca se you sho uld
weight ag ain to make s ure the me asured d ata is ac curate.

Alert Indications

When wei ghing, a f lashi ng "Lo" i ndicates
a low batt ery level, and you s hould
replac e the bat terie s as soon a s
possible.

When wei ghing, a f lashi ng "Err" indi cates
the weig ht being m easure d exceeds 18 0 kg,
which is beyond th e limit of t he scal e.
