OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

• Heat in the microwave (10 seconds each side) for soothing warmth

• Chill in the freezer 2 hours prior to use for cold therapy (20 minutes maximum is
recommended)

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

• Washing instructions: remove gel packs, hand wash with mild soap, drip dry
