2. Measure to alleviate problems of the claws of the retainer holder becoming caught.
1.Model Name: SF-A54/A55
2.General: There was a possibility of the heads of the attachment screws of the DF spacer (P/G
[4]-35) becoming caught on the claws of the retainer holder during copy operations
carried out on exceptionally thick original documents, such as books, etc. This is due to
the bending of the retainer holder. As a measure to alleviate this problem, a change has
been carried out in the heads of the attachment screws, and flathead type screws are
now used.
3.Action: ∗ Running change from 1997 mid-March production.
