MEASURE TO ALLEVIATE PROBLEMS OF WASTE TONER FULL
(BLINKING MAINTENANCE LAMP) DETECTION MISSES.

1.Model Name: SF-2116/1016/2118/1018/2020/1020/2120/1120

2.General: There have been problems of WASTE TONER FULL (blinking maintenance lamp)

detection misses when shrinkage occurs in the waste toner bottle. As a measure to
alleviate this problem, a change has been carried out in the shape of the waste toner
bushing 2. This action has been carried out as a permanent measure.

Note: In cases whereby the waste toner bushing 2 N (new part) has been attached

in machines in which the temporary action described below has already
been carried out, all parts related to the temporary action should be detached.

In cases whereby a measurement correction sheet has been attached to the
drive gear 87T.
