L4 TROUBLE.
1.Model Name: SF-2022/2027/2035
2.General: For machines which have made over 200,000 copies, the load on the main motor
becomes too heavy due to gear wear and increased load on the fusing cleaning rollers.
Since L4 occurs, please handle it in the following manner.
3.Description: 1. Change the tension bearings to ball bearings.

2. Change the paper tray drive bearings to ball bearings.
(Add washers since the ball bearings are thinner than the drive bearings.)

XWHSD80-12160 washers (ø8-16 t 1.2mm)
3. Change the load of the tension spring from 6 kg to 4.5 kg.

To decrease the load on the motor, the load on the tension springs must be weakened,
so afterwards make sure that there in no blurring on A3 size copies.
