ADDITION OF INFORMATION TO THE TECHNICAL REPORT.

1.Model Name: SF-2120

2.General: Some of the information concerning the upgrade of the m ain ROM version was

inadvertently left out of the explanation given in T/R SP-2115. This information is hereby
added.

<Description of trouble>
Errors occur when copy operations are carried out in the following copy modes on the
SF-2120/1 120 machines equipped with ADF/RADF.

Copy operations under S-D or D-D mode settings.
When more than 2 pages of original document are used.

When the cassette tray to be used is selected manually.
Normally, when copy operations are carried out in the modes listed above, the first
page of the original document is copied and the copy paper to which it is copied is
collected in the ADU. When the second page of the original document is copied the
stored copy paper in the ADU is then fed into the machine. However, in machines in
which the problem mentioned above had occurred, when the second page of the
original document is copied the stored copy paper in the ADU is not fed into the
machine, and copy paper from the cassette tray originally selected manually is fed
instead, after which it, too, is collected and stored in the ADU. When this trouble occurs,
the machine ultimately displays a paper discharge jam, and the stored copy papers are
left remaining in the ADU.
The trouble described above has been corrected in V 3.2 of the main ROM.
We have not changed the part code.
