2.General: There was a danger of the bottom portion of the separator release spring of the models

listed above becoming misshapen during assembly or service operations, a problem which could cause the spring to become detached. As a measure to alleviate this problem, the addition of a dowel to K paper supply guide A has been carried out

2. Change carried out in the shape of the retainer holder.

2.General: The retainer holder tends to sag during book copy operations, which creates a danger

of the heads of the attachment screws of the DF spacer becoming caught on the claws of the retainer holder, a situation which could cause the retainer holder to become malformed. As a measure to alleviate this problem, a change has been carried out in the attachment screws of the DF spacer. The new screws have flat heads.
