1. Change in the lens upper sheet in the optical unit carried out as a measure to
improve productivity.

1.Model Name: SF-2022/2122/2027/2127/2035/1025/2025/2030/2040/2050

2.General: A change has been carried out in the lens sheet and the shield which are attached to

the lens unit in the optical units of the models listed above. This action has been carried
out as a measure to improve productivity.

productivity.

2.General: A change has been carried out in the shape of the lens shield mylar attached in the

optical unit of the models listed above. The front and rear lens shield mylar sheets are
now the same shape. This action has been carried out as a measure to improve
productivity.

3.Action: From 1997 March production.

3. Cancellation of planned change in the maker of the lamp unit.

1.Model Name: SF-2025/2030

2.General: A change the maker of the lamp unit, which was to be carried out as a measure to

improve productivity was reported in Technical Report No. PPC-2149 (SP-2065).
Various circumstances arose, however, and the change was not carried out, a
development which is hereby reported. As a result of this development, when ordering
the copy lamp unit, the part code used for the order should be the same one as was
previously used.
