1. Measure to improve attachment stability of the DC PWB.

2.General: There were some problems of poor stability of the heat resistant plate of the DC PWB,

which obstructed the cabinet of the base plate in the models listed above. As a
temporary measure to alleviate this problem, the direction of the PWB support had
been changed and it was tighted down with screws. Now, however, as a permanent
measure to alleviate the problem, a change has been carried out in the change of the
PWB support in order to achieve greater stability.

2.General: A change has been carried out in the dust-proof glass of the models listed above. This

change has been carried out as a measure to improve productivity .

3.Action: From 1997 March production.

3. Establishment of part codes for the 200v series.

1.Model Name: SF-2020/2120/1020

2.General: A change in the AC harness, MSW relay harness, and lower main harness of the

models listed above has been carried out for machines bound for the German, U.K. and
Australian markets. This change has been carried out because the safety standards
vary with the different destinations.

3.Action: *1 Japanese domestic production: From 1996 November production.
Chinese (SOCC) production: From 1996 December production.
French (SMF) production: From 1996 December production.
