COPIER : SF-2025
1. CHANGE IN THE CONTENT OF THE ROM SOFTWARE CARRIED OUT IN ACCORDANCE WITH A CHANGE IN SPECIFICATIONS.
2. MEASURE TO ALLEVIATE PROBLEMS OF VARIANCE IN SHIFT VOLUME DURING MACHINE SHIFT FUNCTION OPERATIONS.
3. MEASURE TO ALLEVIATE PROBLEMS OF ABNORMAL NOISE AND MEASURE TO REDUCE COPY PAPER CURLING.
No. : SP-2099
1. Change in the content of the ROM software carried out in accordance with a change in specifications.
2.General: Changes through described below have been carried out in the program of the main
ROM unit used in the PWB of the model listed above. In accordance with these changes a change in the part codes for both the main PWB and the ROM (IC) has also been carried out.
1) A change has been carried out in the specifications when the zoom up and zoom down keys are continually depressed (carried out in accordance with a patent recovery).
2) A correction of a bug in the software has been carried out.
3) A change has been carried out in the specifications when contact is made with the coin vender. (Please refer to the next page.)

1025 (MACHINES BOUND FOR THE OVERSEAS MARKETS) : DESCRI PT ION OF CHANGES CARRIED OUT IN THE SOFTWARE.
1. A change has been carried out in the specifications when the zoom up and zoom
down keys are continually depressed (carried out in accordance with a patent recovery). (Previous status) When 200% is reached during enlargement zoom up operations, or 50% is reached during reduction zoom up operations, the zoom up (or zoom down) operation will halt and the lens started moving. (Change) When the set magnification is reached for fixed magnifications, the zoom up (or zoom down) operation will halt and the lens starts moving.
2. When a change is carried out in the AE user after copy operations have been
completed, the change content is erased when the power supply changes between “ON” and “OFF.” (Cause) A change was carried out in V 3.01 so that when a job was finished the counter data was written to the EEPROM, but there was a bug in the write end detection (the machine failed to detect that the write function has ended), and the machine remained in the standby mode, waiting for the write end to be detected. In this status even if a change was carried out in the AE user setting, the data could not be written to the EEPROM (the EEPROM data could not be renewed) and when the power supply of the machine was turned on or off, the data return to the data prior to the change. (Action) The bug in the write end detection described above has been corrected. In accordance with this correction the trouble described above no longer occurs.

3. When “OUT OF PAPER” and “END OF JOB” are both detected simultaneously, TIME
OUT CLEAR was not be carried out. (Cause) Normally “OUT OF PAPER” is detected before “JOB END” (when the last page is fed into the machine), and therefore, when the conditions described above occur the “OUT OF PA PER” is determined to have occurred during the job, and the CLEAR TIMER is halted (TIME OUT CLEAR is not carried out). (Action) When a normal “JOB END” occurs, the “OUT OF PAPER” is once again checked, and if there is not copy paper left the “OUT OF PAPER” during the job data is cleared (CLEAR TIMER is not allowed to halt).
