PREVENTING THE BELT BASE RIB FROM BREAKING.

2.General: The bearing bracket which supports the ADF transport belt roller bearing may get in the

way of the belt base rib during operation or when the ADF is being opened or closed, breaking the rib. We have changed the shape of the bearing bracket as indicated below to prevent this problem.
